Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flügelzellenpumpe oder -motor mit einem auf einer Antriebswelle (12) sitzenden Rotor (10), der in einer einen Zufluss und einen Abfluss aufweisenden Rotorkammer (15) eines die Antriebswelle (12) lagernden Stators (16) exzentrisch gelagert ist und der umfangsseitig im Winkelabstand voneinander radial verschiebbare, plattenartige Rotorflügel (30) trägt. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine solche Flügelzellenpumpe oder einen solchen Flügelzellenmotor so zu verbessern, dass über eine volle Rotordrehung die Zuordnung der Rotorflügel (30) zur Umfangswand (44) der Rotorkammer (15) konstant bleibt. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass der Durchmesser (b) der Rotorkammer (15) in einer durch die maximale und minimale Radialstellung der Rotorflügel (30) im Rotor (10) definierten Axialebene (a-a) größer ist als ein zu diesem Durchmesser (b) senkrechter Durchmesser (c) oder dadurch, dass der Durchmesser (d) der Führungsbahnen (59) senkrecht zu einer durch die maximale und minimale Radialstellung der Rotorflügel (30) im Rotor (10) definierten Axialebene (a-a) größer ist als ein in der Axialebene (a-a) liegender Durchmesser (e) der Führungsbahnen (59) und dass Zufluss und Abfluss in einem der beiden, durch die Axialebene (a-a) definierten, symmetrischen Segmente der Rotorkammer (15) vorgesehen sind. The invention relates to a vane pump or motor with a rotor (10) seated on a drive shaft (12), which is mounted eccentrically in a rotor chamber (15) having an inflow and an outflow of a stator (16) supporting the drive shaft (12) and which carries plate-like rotor blades (30) which are radially displaceable at an angular distance from one another on the circumference. The object of the invention is to improve such a vane pump or vane motor such that the assignment of the rotor vanes (30) to the peripheral wall (44) of the rotor chamber (15) remains constant over a full rotor rotation. This is achieved in that the diameter (b) of the rotor chamber (15) in an axial plane (aa) defined by the maximum and minimum radial position of the rotor blades (30) in the rotor (10) is larger than a perpendicular to this diameter (b) Diameter (c) or in that the diameter (d) of the guideways (59) perpendicular to an axial plane (aa) defined by the maximum and minimum radial position of the rotor blades (30) in the rotor (10) is larger than one in the axial plane ( aa) lying diameter (e) of the guideways (59) and that inflow and outflow are provided in one of the two symmetrical segments of the rotor chamber (15) defined by the axial plane (aa).
