Abstract

La présente invention concerne des compositions antifongiques renfermant du sulfate d'imazalil. Cette invention concerne également l'utilisation de ces compositions pour traiter des produits alimentaires, par exemple des fromages ou des saucisses, afin de les protéger contre la formation de moisissures.
