Abstract

Ein ringförmiges Schmuckstück (10) hat einen als Spannring ausgebildeten offenen Ringkörper (20) in Form einer Doppel- oder Mehrfachschiene. Diese wird von wenigstens zwei parallel nebeneinander angeordneten Einzelringen (21, 22) gebildet, die über Verbindungsstege (41) miteinander verlötet und umfangsseitig mit je einem Ringspalt (30) zur Aufnahme des Schmucksteins (50) versehen sind. Letzterer wird unter Aufspreizung der miteinander verlöteten Einzelringe (21, 22) derart in die Ringspalte (30) eingesetzt, daß er an mindestens vier Punkten zwischen den Einzelringen (21, 22) eingespannt ist. Zwei benachbarte Einzelringe (21, 22) können je einen Schmuckstein (50) einspannen.
