Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for flame monitoring in gas burners according to
the preamble of
Proper and safe flame monitoring is essential for fault-free and making safe operation of gas burners essential. For gas burners with one so-called pilot flame is the flame with the help of a flame monitoring device The presence of the pilot light is monitored in order to depend on the actual one Control gas supply to the gas burner. If there is an ignition flame, the gas burner can Gas are supplied, which ignites with the help of the pilot flame and then burns. On the other hand, if there is no pilot flame, no gas may be supplied to the gas burner be otherwise a combustion of the gas would not be guaranteed and that unburned gas would jeopardize the safety of the entire facility.
In devices according to the prior art, the output signal of the Flame monitoring device not checked or verified. Delivers the Flame monitoring device accordingly an incorrect output signal - i.e. shows the output signal of the flame monitor the presence of the Pilot light on even though there is no pilot flame at all - this is how gas can reach the burner that would not burn and thus the safety of the entire system would endanger.
The present invention is based on the problem of a method and a method Flame monitoring device for gas burners to create a Ensure flame monitoring with higher security.
This problem is solved by a method having the features of
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 1
- a block diagram of a gas burner with the inventive device for flame monitoring.
Between the
Gasventil 13 geschlossen. Wird die Soll-Temperatur unterschritten, so öffnet der
Regelthermostat (Thermostat 22) das Gasventil 13 wieder. At rest of the gas burner 10 - i.e. in the state in which no combustion
takes place - the
According to the invention, an
18.In the embodiment shown in Figure 1, the
Under normal operating conditions, when there is a heat request, only
Presence of a
In
diesem Fall wird dann das Gasventil 13 geschlossen. Die Sicherheit der gesamten Anlage
wird verbessert. After each closing of the
