Abstract
Description
Während des Vergasungsprozesses gebildeter Ruß sowie Reste von höhermolekularen organischen und halogenorganischen Verbindungen erfordern eine aufwendige Aufbereitung des Vergasungsgases und beeinträchtigen die Qualität und Verwertbarkeit der halogenhaltigen Wertstoffe wie beispielsweise Salzsäure, die durch Absorption von Chlorwasserstoff in Wasser in Quench- und nachfolgenden Waschprozessen gewonnen wird. Weiterhin führen die im Vergasungsprozess gebildeten Ruß-und Reststoffe zur Korrosion der Anlage.
Unteransprüche geben vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung wieder.
Die Erfindung wird durch drei Ausführungsbeispiele und eine dazugehörende schematische Darstellung erläutert. Die Figuren zeigen:

- die schematische Darstellung eines Vergasungsreaktors mit Unterteilung der Reaktionskammern durch geteilte Bodenplatten.
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Verwertung halogenbelasteter kohlenstoffhaltiger Rest-und Abfallstoffe durch Vergasung im Flugstrom unter Zuführung eines freien Sauerstoff enthaltenden Vergasungsmittels bei gleichzeitiger Gewinnung von halogenhaltigen Wertstoffen bei Temperaturen höher als 1100 °C bei Drucken größer Atmosphärendruck, besonders zwischen 2 und 20 bar, in einem Flugstromreaktor, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Reaktor dem Vergasungsraum (2) Mischkammern (3) nachgeschaltet sind, in denen vergleichbare Temperatur- und Druckverhältnisse herrschen wie im Vergasungsraum (2) und in denen eine Nachvergasung von im Vergasungsraum (2) gebildeten Ruß und anderer die Reinheit des Vergasungsgases beeinträchtigende Störstoffe wie polyzyklische aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, die chlorfrei oder chlorhaltig sein können, stattfindet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freien Sauerstoff enthaltende Vergasungsmittel dem Vergasungsraum (2) und einer oder mehreren Mischkammern (3) und/oder (4) zugeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
dem Reaktorraum (2) eine Mischkammer (3) nachgeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
dem Reaktorraum (2) zwei Mischkammern (3, 4) nachgeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Vergasungsraum (2) und die Mischkammern (3, 4) unterschiedlich groß sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Vergasungsraum (2) und die Mischkammern (3, 4) durch sich verengende Querschnitte voneinander abgegrenzt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich der Vergasungsraum (2) und die Mischkammern (3, 4) in eigenen, untereinander verbundenen Druckkörpern (3) befinden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Vergasungsraum (2) und die Mischkammern (3, 4) durch geteilte Zwischenböden (4) voneinander abgegrenzt sind.
