Abstract

Es sind eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Aufwickeln einer Schar von Bändchen (7) oder Fäden zu einer Vielzahl von Spulen (16) beschrieben. Hierbei ist an einer Maschinenlängsseite eine Vielzahl von Wickelstellen nebeneinander angeordnet, wobei in jeder Wickelstelle zumindest eine Spule gewickelt wird. Zur Verteilung der Bänder (7) der Bändchenschar sind eine Fadenführerleiste (24) sowie mehrere jeweils den Wickelstellen zugeordnete Fadenführer (13) vorgesehen. Dabei wird die Bändchenschar (7) in einer sich quer zur Maschinenlängsseite erstreckenden Ebene (Verteilerebene) oberhalb der Wickelstellen geführt. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Fadenführerleiste (24) beweglich ausgebildet, um zum Wechsel der Spulen eine die Verteilerebene durchdringende und sich parallel zu der Maschinenlängsseite (18) erstreckende Doffebene freizugeben, damit zum Abnehmen der Spulen ein Hilfsmittel in der Doffebene führbar ist.

An apparatus and a method for winding a group of tapes (7) or threads into a plurality of spools (16) are described. In this case, a plurality of winding stations are arranged side by side on a machine longitudinal side, at least one coil being wound in each winding station. A thread guide strip (24) and several thread guides (13) each assigned to the winding stations are provided for distributing the bands (7) of the ribbon family. The ribbon coulter (7) is guided in a plane that extends transversely to the longitudinal side of the machine (distributor plane) above the winding stations. According to the invention, the thread guide strip (24) is designed to be movable in order to release a doffing plane which penetrates the distributor plane and extends parallel to the machine longitudinal side (18) for changing the bobbins, so that an aid can be guided in the doffing plane for removing the bobbins.
