Claims (9)

  1. Schicht-Träger, der gebildet wird durch:
    ein im Wesentlichen flaches oberes Schichtteil (2) und ein im Wesentlichen flaches unteres Schichtteil (2'), wobei ein jedes der Schichtteile durch eine Vielzahl von Lagen aus Papier oder dergleichen gebildet wird, die miteinander verbunden sind; und
    einen Papierkern (4), der wie eine Wabenstruktur geformt ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    das obere Schichtteil (2) und das untere Schichtteil (2') durch eine Umfangsverbindung miteinander verbunden werden und der Kern (4) unbeweglich zwischen dem oberen Schichtteil (2) und dem unteren Schichtteil (2') aufgenommen ist.
  2. Schicht-Träger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem unteren Schichtteil (2') drei Aneinanderreihungen von Füßen (5), die aus einem ähnlichen Material wie dem des oberen (2) und des unteren (2') Schichtteils hergestellt sind, befestigt sind.
  3. Schicht-Träger nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füße (5) eine quadratische, viereckige oder kreisartige Grundrissform haben, die einen Zylinder bildet.
  4. Schicht-Träger nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beine (5) mit einem Papiermaterial (4') gefüllt sind, das wie eine Wabenstruktur geformt ist.
  5. Schicht-Träger nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füße (5) einer Aneinanderreihung am unteren Ende durch einen Streifen (6) aus Schichtmaterial miteinander verbunden sind, das dem des oberen (2) und des unteren (2') Schichtteils gleicht.
  6. Kasten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Schicht-Träger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 und des weiteren vier Teile (1') umfasst, die vertikal angeordnet und miteinander verbunden sind und ein hohles Prisma bilden, wobei jedes der vier Teile zwei Schichtteile und dazwischen einen Papierkern umfasst, der wie eine Wabenstruktur geformt ist, und die Schichtteile durch eine Umfangsverbindung miteinander verbunden sind.
  7. Kasten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Schicht-Träger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 und des Weiteren einen aus einem Stück bestehenden Körper umfasst, der zwei Schichtteile und dazwischen einen Papierkern umfasst, der wie eine Zelle oder Wabenstruktur geformt ist, wobei die Schichtteile miteinander durch eine Umfangsverbindung verbunden sind und der aus einem Stück bestehende Körper durch drei vertiefte Linien, an denen der aus einem Stück bestehende Körper gefaltet ist, in vier Bereiche unterteilt ist, so dass er ein hohles Prisma bildet.
  8. Kastenabdeckung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem Schicht-Träger (1) nach Anspruch 1 besteht.
  9. Verfahren zum Trennen und Verpacken von Waren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Trenn- und Verpackelement ein Schicht-Träger nach Anspruch 1 verwendet wird.
