Claims (12)
- Dispositif de transmission d'un volume de fluide sous pression, comprenant au moins une enceinte et une membrane (1) déformable de forme générale arrondie, cette membrane comportant une partie centrale (10) mobile entre deux positions extrêmes, une partie périphérique (11) par laquelle elle est fixée dans ladite enceinte pour définir une première (2) et une deuxième (3) chambres de fluide et, entre sa partie périphérique (11) et sa partie centrale (10), une partie intermédiaire (12) dont la section dans un plan transversal a une forme sensiblement en U, caractérisé en ce que le montage de la membrane (1) dans l'enceinte est tel que, quelle que soit la position de la partie centrale de la membrane, le fond courbe de la partie intermédiaire (12) en U n'est pas en contact avec les parois de l'enceinte ni avec aucune autre pièce du dispositif, de telle sorte que ladite partie intermédiaire (12) est apte à s'enrouler et/ou se dérouler librement au cours des déplacements de la membrane, lors du fonctionnement du dispositif, sans que la partie périphérique (11) de la membrane ne subisse de traction.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrane (1) est montée dans le dispositif de telle sorte qu'à mi-course, la membrane présente sa forme à l'état libre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les parties de raccordement (14, 15) des branches de la partie intermédiaire (12) en U avec la partie centrale (10) et la partie périphérique (11) de la membrane (1) reposent sur des pièces (5, 30) du dispositif dont elles épousent la forme.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parties de raccordement (14, 15) sont adhérisées auxdites pièces (5, 30) du dispositif dont elles épousent la forme, notamment par surmoulage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de la partie intermédiaire (12) de la membrane est plus faible que celle de la partie centrale (10) et de la partie périphérique (11) de la membrane.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un poussoir (5) monté élastiquement dans la deuxième chambre (3) de fluide et fixé à la partie centrale (10) de la membrane (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit poussoir (5) comporte une partie de guidage (51) du déplacement de la membrane (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la membrane (1) présente des moyens pour éviter sa détérioration contre des arêtes vives de ladite enceinte, consistant notamment, dans sa partie centrale (10), en une forme creuse (10a) ou en un clapet rigide (8) fixé à la membrane.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens pour évacuer le fluide de la première chambre (2) susceptible d'être emprisonné entre ladite enceinte et la partie intermédiaire en U (12) de la membrane, ces moyens étant notamment constitués par des canaux d'évacuation (60, 61; 8a) réalisés dans le dispositif lui-même ou encore dans ledit clapet (8).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la partie périphérique (11) de la membrane (1) comporte un joint d'étanchéité (13).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend plusieurs membranes (41, 42, 43) formées d'un seul bloc.
- Pompe telle qu'une pompe à essence pour un moteur à injection directe, équipée d'un dispositif de transmission d'un volume de fluide sous pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11.
