Definitions
- the invention relates to a bottle crate for receiving several bottles, especially beverage bottles, according to Preamble of claim 1.
- Conventional bottle crates usually consist of Plastic, and are used to hold, for example Mineral water bottles, beer bottles, lemonade bottles, Juice bottles, etc.
- such bottle crates have a bottom, as well as several side walls. These generally surround an approximately cuboid-shaped receiving space for the beverage bottles.
- the bottom and side walls are common integrally formed in the form of a framework.
- the dimensions of a bottle crate are one reason determines that a set number of bottle crates must find space on a pallet, the dimensions of which are standardized are.
- a set should be in the bottle crate Find number of certain bottles, e.g. 20th Bottles with a bottleneck wheel jus of approx. 7 cm.
- conventional bottle crates are usually designed so that several bottle crates vertically can be stacked on top of each other.
- the bottle crates when stacked e.g. through interlocking Approaches to or recesses from the bottle crates secured against displacement in the transverse direction.
- DE 42 07 448 A1 and DE 92 13 090 U1 proposed on one of the side walls of a conventional bottle crate a separate handle to arrange. This can be swiveled on the side wall of the Bottle crate stored. Touched when at rest the handle the side wall. If the handle of the Sidewall away up to over the top of the Bottle crate swung out into its working position, can the bottle crate by the handle of one The feed dog will be pulled behind.
- the invention has set itself the goal of those described above To further develop bottle crates, while doing so in particular to provide a bottle crate, that is easy to transport.
- the term “active position” of the handle especially understood his working position, so the position for the transport of the bottle crate is provided by hand.
- the rest position of the handle Roger that. This is especially the position which is provided in the storage of the bottle crate is.
- the handle projects particularly preferably not the outer contours in its passive position of the bottle crate.
- the invention is based on the following finding: Generally, bottle crates are transported by hand due to the high weight of the bottles inside by the carrier with essentially stretched Arms worn lying in front of his body or stomach.
- the conventional handles are, as explained above, in their working position in the area of the upper edge of the Bottle crate.
- This has the following disadvantage: the floor the bottle crate then lies in the area during transport the knee or just above the knee of the transporter. That is why conventional bottle crates come across at Go against the knees or lower thighs. This will transport the bottle crates much more difficult.
- the invention provides that the Handle essentially in its active position level with the bottom of the bottle crate, with the bottle crate in an upright position (the bottlenecks of those in the bottle crate Bottles then show up essentially vertically above). Then the bottle crate - with essentially stretched arms - in front of the body or stomach of the transporter Worn lying down, this has the following in particular Advantage:
- the bottom of the bottle crate is clear above the knees of the transporter, especially in the Hip area.
- the bottle crate according to the invention encounters then no longer against the knees or the lower one when walking Area of the thigh.
- the floor is advantageous of the bottle crate during transport just above the Thigh. This will transport the bottle crate much easier.
- the handle - or part of the Handle gripped by the hand of the transporter will - in its active position by less than 15 cm above or below that from the bottom of the bottle crate defined level, particularly preferably 10 cm, very particularly advantageous 5 cm.
- the handle can with his active position also with the level defined by the floor swear.
- the handle is advantageous when it is active Position also relatively close to a corresponding one Side wall of the bottle crate, especially not more than 10 cm, very particularly advantageous not more than 5 cm, and preferably no more than 3 cm from the Side wall.
- the bottle crate can be used in different ways passive designed movable in the active position his.
- the handle in the active position is advantageous Extendable. That means the handle is linear Movable towards the active position is.
- the handle can also be activated Be designed to be pivotable, especially around a swivel angle that is less than 90 °, especially advantageously less than 75 °, in particular less than 45 ° is.
- the handle can only be pivoted at first, and then moved, or vice versa, or e.g. also perform a combined swivel and slide movement.
- the bottle crate is also particularly advantageous yet another handle is provided.
- the carrier can then grab a handle with each hand. Thereby the transport of the bottle crate is further facilitated.
- Both handles are preferably extendable, or both swiveling, in opposite Directions.
- the first handle is preferably in its active position Position viewed from above over the contour of a side wall of the bottle crate. It is also preferred the second handle in its active position from one Sidewall.
- the first and second handles are particularly preferred viewed from above in their active position different sidewalls, especially over each other adjacent side walls, or, particularly advantageously, over opposite side walls.
- the handle is preferably at the bottom of the bottle crate arranged. It is particularly advantageous if the Handle in its passive position within the outer contours of the bottle crate. The handle will then not dirty when storing the bottle crate. Only the bottom of the bottle crate touches the i.a. dirty storage floor. On the other hand sufficient between the floor of the storage room and the handle Distance.
- the handle in one of the side walls is advantageous or the floor defined level, or parallel to it, Extendable.
- the handle can e.g. along a central axis of the Side wall or the bottom can be pulled out, or parallel offset to this.
- the handle can more than 2 cm, or offset by more than 4 cm in parallel be designed to be extendable to the central axis. Thereby can e.g. be achieved when transporting the bottle crate the focus of the bottle crate between the axis of displacement of the handle, and the body of the Transporter lies. This will make the bottle crate at Transport stabilized.
- the handle preferably has two parallel legs on which is slidable along the side wall or the bottom are stored. This prevents the bottle crate tips over during transport.
- a bottle crate 1 according to FIG. 1 has a front side wall 2a, a rear side wall (in the illustration covered), a right side wall 2b, a left side wall (hidden in the illustration), and a bottom 2 on.
- the bottom 2 and the side walls 2a, 2b consist of Plastic, and are integrally formed.
- Both the bottom 2 and the side walls 2a, 2b are executed in the form of a coherent framework. Together they close a cuboid recording room on.
- an upright position of the Bottle crate i.e. a position where it faces the position shown here tilted upwards by 180 ° is
- several beverage bottles can be arranged.
- the framework of the floor 2 has parallel, in equidistant Intervals arranged in the drawing left-rear oblique struts 3a, and corresponding ones, which run to the right-back in the drawing Oblique struts 3b. These are also parallel and equidistant to each other.
- the after right-rear oblique struts 3b, and the oblique struts 3a to the left and to the rear enclose angles of 90 ° to each other.
- the framework of the floor 2 has a front Bracing bar 4a, a rear bracing bar 4b, a left, lateral strut 4c, and a right, lateral strut 4d.
- the undersides of the struts 4a, b, c, d and the oblique struts 3a, b are all on the same horizontal plane.
- the front strut 4a extends from the underside 2a 'of the front side wall 2a downwards with respect to the bottle crate 1 (ie upwards in the illustration chosen here).
- the right side strut 4d extends down from the bottom 2b 'of the right side wall 2b with respect to the bottle crate 1.
- Parallel to the level of floor 2 and the right or left Side wall 2b is through the front strut bar 4a, and through part of the oblique struts 3a, b passing through a first, front pair of bores 5a, b executed.
- the bore 5a runs parallel to Hole 5b.
- the bore 5a has essentially the same Distance to the central axis running from the back to the front a of the bottom 2, like the hole 5b.
- the central axis thus lies essentially between the bores 5a, b on the central axis a of the bottom 2.
- has the central axis between the holes 5a, b a clear distance from the central axis a of the bottom 2, e.g. more than 2cm, especially more than 4 cm.
- the rear holes 5c, d run parallel to one another and parallel to the front bores 5a, b.
- the left hole runs 5c of the rear bores 5c, d with a slight Distance less than 1 cm to the left of the left hole 5a of the front bores 5a, b.
- the left bores 5a are exemplary embodiments, c, and the right holes 5b, d are aligned designed.
- the central axis between the rear bores 5c i.e. lies essentially on the central axis a of the base 2.
- the handle 6 in designed essentially U-shaped.
- the left guide leg 6a runs parallel to the right guide leg 6b.
- an intermediate leg 6c Between the front ends of the left and the right leg 6a, b extends an intermediate leg 6c, around which a rotatable grip roller 6d is arranged is.
- the legs 6a, b, c are integrally formed, and consist of a metal wire.
- the grip roller 6d is made of wood or plastic.
- a handle eye 16c ' is arranged between the front ends of a left and a right guide leg 16a ' , 16b ' .
- This consists of a plastic plate 16d 'with a from top to bottom by the plate 16d' 16e opening therethrough '.
- a transporter can insert the fingers of his hand into these for easier transport of the bottle crate 1.
- the guide legs 16a ' , 16b ' are also made of plastic and are designed integrally with the grip eye 16c ' .
- Fig. 1 In the manufacture of the bottle crate 1 are gem.
- Fig. 1 first introduced the guide legs 6a, b and 16a ' , 16b ' into the corresponding front and rear bores 5a, b and 5c, d. Then, in the handle 6 shown in FIG. 3a, the rear ends of the guide legs are bent downwards as stops 6 f, g. Accordingly, in the handle shown in FIG. 3b, stop bolts 16f ' , 16g ' are fastened to the rear ends of the guide legs 16a ' , 16b ' through vertical bores.
- the front handle 6 and the rear handle 7 are then due to the guidance described above within the front holes 5a, b and the rear holes 5c, d acc. Fig. 2 in the direction of arrows C, D opposite the rest of the bottle crate 1 to the front and to the rear slidable.
- the handle 6 is so far in the direction of Arrow C in relation to the bottle crate 1 to the rear moved that its grip roller 6d against the front of the front strut bar 4a.
- the handle 7 so far in the direction of Arrow D in relation to the bottle crate 1 towards the front moved that the grip roller of the rear handle 7 against the back of the rear strut bar 4b bumps.
- the Handles When storing the bottle crate 1, the Handles not or only slightly soiled: only the bottom 2 (or the bracing strips 4a, b, c, d and the oblique struts 3a, b) often come with heavily soiled floor of a bottle crate warehouse in contact, but not the handles 6.7.
- FIG. 2 shows the handles 6, 7 in an active position: starting from the position shown in FIG. 1, the handle 6 is shifted forward in the direction of arrow C with respect to the bottle crate 1 so that the stops 6 f, g (or in the case of the handle shown in FIG. 3b, the stop bolts 16f ' , 16g ' accordingly) abut the rear of corresponding oblique struts 3a, b.
- the handle 7 is shifted as far in the direction of arrow D with respect to the bottle crate 1 that its stops (or, in the case of the handle shown in FIG. 3b, its stop bolt) against butt the front of corresponding oblique struts 3a, b.
- the stops 6f, g and the stop bolts 16f ' , 16g ' limit the displacement of the handles 6, 7 with respect to the rest of the bottle crate 1 towards the outside.
- the bottle crate 1 can in this active position Handles 6, 7 acc. Fig. 6 in a particularly simple manner to be transported: embrace the hands of one upright standing transporter handles 6, 7, is the Bottle crate 1 essentially in front of the belly of the transporter.
- the handles 6, 7 are then on a horizontal Level just above the level on which the floor or the bottom of the bottle crate 1, and by less than 8 cm, in particular less than 4 cm.
- the underside of the bottle crate 1 is thus clearly above the knees of the carrier, more than 15cm, especially more than 20cm or more than 25cm. Thereby the bottle crate 1 no longer bumps when walking against the knees and thighs of the transporter.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Flaschenkasten zur Aufnahme
mehrerer Flaschen, insbesondere Getränkeflaschen, gemäß
Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a bottle crate for receiving
several bottles, especially beverage bottles, according to
Preamble of
Conventional bottle crates usually consist of Plastic, and are used to hold, for example Mineral water bottles, beer bottles, lemonade bottles, Juice bottles, etc.
Generally, such bottle crates have a bottom, as well as several side walls. These generally surround an approximately cuboid-shaped receiving space for the beverage bottles. The bottom and side walls are common integrally formed in the form of a framework.
The dimensions of a bottle crate are one reason determines that a set number of bottle crates must find space on a pallet, the dimensions of which are standardized are. In addition, a set should be in the bottle crate Find number of certain bottles, e.g. 20th Bottles with a bottleneck wheel jus of approx. 7 cm.
Furthermore, conventional bottle crates are usually designed so that several bottle crates vertically can be stacked on top of each other. Here are the bottle crates when stacked e.g. through interlocking Approaches to or recesses from the bottle crates secured against displacement in the transverse direction.
The above conventional bottle crates have under another disadvantage that it is difficult to transport by hand can be. As a "handle" are only defined by the framework of the side walls Openings are provided that i.a. close to the top of the Side walls lie.
Demgegenüber ist in der DE 42 07 448 A1 und in der DE 92
13 090 U1 vorgeschlagen, an einer der Seitenwände eines
herkömmlichen Flaschenkastens einen separaten Handgriff
anzuordnen. Dieser ist schwenkbar an der Seitenwand des
Flaschenkastens gelagert.
In contrast,
It is also known from DE 42 36 484 A1, in one Bottle crate one on two opposite side walls Handle pivoted upwards To provide the shape of a bracket. In the resting position of the Handle limits the inner surface of an upper section of the reception area for the drinks bottles. Becomes the handle from the rest position over the upper Edge of the bottle crate swung upwards, the handle can be used to carry the bottle case become.
In US 42 54 850 a case is described, which one extendable along the bottom surface of the case Has handle with which a carrier the case can pull behind.
The invention has set itself the goal of those described above To further develop bottle crates, while doing so in particular to provide a bottle crate, that is easy to transport.
You can do this with a bottle crate for admission several bottles, especially beverage bottles, with at least one move from a passive to a active position can be moved, characterized in that that the handle is in its active position essentially level with a bottom of the Bottle crate lies.
Here, the term "active position" of the handle especially understood his working position, so the position for the transport of the bottle crate is provided by hand. In contrast, under the term "passive position" the rest position of the handle Roger that. This is especially the position which is provided in the storage of the bottle crate is. For example, the handle projects particularly preferably not the outer contours in its passive position of the bottle crate. Several according to the invention Bottle crates can - despite the handle - do the same are stacked tightly like conventional bottle crates.
The invention is based on the following finding: Generally, bottle crates are transported by hand due to the high weight of the bottles inside by the carrier with essentially stretched Arms worn lying in front of his body or stomach. The conventional handles are, as explained above, in their working position in the area of the upper edge of the Bottle crate. This has the following disadvantage: the floor the bottle crate then lies in the area during transport the knee or just above the knee of the transporter. That is why conventional bottle crates come across at Go against the knees or lower thighs. This will transport the bottle crates much more difficult.
In contrast, the invention provides that the Handle essentially in its active position level with the bottom of the bottle crate, with the bottle crate in an upright position (the bottlenecks of those in the bottle crate Bottles then show up essentially vertically above). Then the bottle crate - with essentially stretched arms - in front of the body or stomach of the transporter Worn lying down, this has the following in particular Advantage: The bottom of the bottle crate is clear above the knees of the transporter, especially in the Hip area. The bottle crate according to the invention encounters then no longer against the knees or the lower one when walking Area of the thigh. The floor is advantageous of the bottle crate during transport just above the Thigh. This will transport the bottle crate much easier.
Preferably, the handle - or part of the Handle gripped by the hand of the transporter will - in its active position by less than 15 cm above or below that from the bottom of the bottle crate defined level, particularly preferably 10 cm, very particularly advantageous 5 cm. The handle can with his active position also with the level defined by the floor swear. The handle is advantageous when it is active Position also relatively close to a corresponding one Side wall of the bottle crate, especially not more than 10 cm, very particularly advantageous not more than 5 cm, and preferably no more than 3 cm from the Side wall.
The bottle crate can be used in different ways passive designed movable in the active position his. The handle in the active position is advantageous Extendable. That means the handle is linear Movable towards the active position is. Alternatively, the handle can also be activated Be designed to be pivotable, especially around a swivel angle that is less than 90 °, especially advantageously less than 75 °, in particular less than 45 ° is. The handle can only be pivoted at first, and then moved, or vice versa, or e.g. also perform a combined swivel and slide movement.
The bottle crate is also particularly advantageous yet another handle is provided. The carrier can then grab a handle with each hand. Thereby the transport of the bottle crate is further facilitated. Both handles are preferably extendable, or both swiveling, in opposite Directions.
The first handle is preferably in its active position Position viewed from above over the contour of a side wall of the bottle crate. It is also preferred the second handle in its active position from one Sidewall.
The first and second handles are particularly preferred viewed from above in their active position different sidewalls, especially over each other adjacent side walls, or, particularly advantageously, over opposite side walls.
The handle is preferably at the bottom of the bottle crate arranged.
The handle in one of the side walls is advantageous or the floor defined level, or parallel to it, Extendable.
The handle can e.g. along a central axis of the Side wall or the bottom can be pulled out, or parallel offset to this. For example, the handle can more than 2 cm, or offset by more than 4 cm in parallel be designed to be extendable to the central axis. Thereby can e.g. be achieved when transporting the bottle crate the focus of the bottle crate between the axis of displacement of the handle, and the body of the Transporter lies. This will make the bottle crate at Transport stabilized.
The handle preferably has two parallel legs on which is slidable along the side wall or the bottom are stored. This prevents the bottle crate tips over during transport.

17 in Richtung der Pfeile C1, D1 gegenüber dem übrigen
Flaschenkasten 11 schwenkbar. As explained above, the
Fig. 4 zeigt die Handgriffe 16, 17 in einer passiven
Griffrolle 17d in entsprechenden hinteren Aussparungen
17f aus den seitlichen Verstrebungsleisten 14c, d, und
den Schrägverstrebungen 13a, b zu liegen kommt. Die Aussparungen
16f bzw. 17f sind so ausgestaltet, daß die
Griffrollen 16d bzw. 17d dort einrasten.

bzw. der linken Seitenwand stoßen.5 shows the
In this active position of the handles shown in Fig. 5

Gemäß Fig. 7 weist ein Flaschenkasten 21 zwei Handgriffe
26, 27 auf. Diese sind an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden
22b, c schwenkbar gelagert.
Before transporting the
Die Handgriffe 26, 27 liegen dann auf einer horizontalen
Ebene knapp oberhalb des Bodens 22 des Flaschenkastens
The
innerhalb der Außenkonturen des Flaschenkastens 31.According to FIG. 9, a
Before the
ausgebildet.A
Both the bottom 42 and the
horizontalen Ebene. The framework of the
The front strut bar 44a extends downward from the
hinteren Seitenwand befestigt. Die Schwenkachsen a, b
On the
(Diesem entspricht
ein hinterer, zum vorderen Abschnitt spiegelverkehrter
Abschnitt, in den der hintere Handgriff eingebaut
wird.)12 is a perspective view of a front one

Flaschenkasten eingeführte Flaschen angepaßt, d.h. in gewellter
Form ausgebildet.
der vorderen Verstrebungsleiste 44a.As shown in Fig. 12 is for receiving the front

Fig. 11 und 12 gezeigten Handgriffe 46 vor deren Einbau
längs zur späteren Schwenkachse a erstreckenden länglichen
Griffabschnitt 51. Von dessen Enden aus verlaufen in
Querrichtung zwei Seitenarme 52a, 52b mit im wesentlichen
rechteckförmigem Querschnitt. Die Seitenarme 52a, 52b
knicken bei ihrem dem Griffabschnitt 51 gegenüberliegendem
Ende in Richtung der späteren Schwenkachse a hin (in
der Zeichnung nach rechts hinten) ab. Durch die abgeknickten
Abschnitte 53a, 53b hindurch sind in Richtung
der späteren Schwenkachse a verlaufende Bohrungen 54a,
54b ausgeführt. Jeder der abgeknickten Abschnitte 53a,
53b weist jeweils eine vordere Anschlagsfläche 55a, b und
eine hintere Anschlagsfläche 56a, b auf. Die hinteren Anschlagsflächen
56a, b verlaufen parallel zu den nicht abgeknickten
Abschnitten der Seitenarme 52a, 52b. Demgegenüber
schließen die vorderen Anschlagsflächen 56a, b einen
Winkel von ca. 130° gegenüber der vorderen Seitenfläche
57 der nicht abgeknickten Abschnitte der Seitenarme 52a,
52b und des Griffabschnitts 51 ein. Fig. 13 shows a perspective view of the in the

Aufnahmeraum
des Flaschenkastens aus - jeweils eine entsprechende
Mutter aufgeschraubt. For installation in the bottle crate, the
gezeigte Stellung verschwenkbar.
Flaschenkasten verhindert.The
