Abstract
Um Natriumdampflampen, insbesondere mit Xenon-Füllung, an Brennstellen für Quecksilberdampf-Hochdrucklampen betreiben zu können, wird ein Glimmzünder (16) vorgeschlagen, dessen Gehäuse (17) mit Neon, mit Neon und Argon oder mit Neon, Argon und einer Aktivierungssubstanz gefüllt ist, wobei der Fülldruck mindestens 35 mbar beträgt. Die Erfindung umfaßt auch eine Entladungslampe, in der ein erfindungsgemäßer Glimmzünder angeordnet ist.
