  • In Fig. 1 ist das Prinzipschema eines Farbwerkes einer Druckmaschine dargestellt. Im Maschinengestell 1 ist ein Druckformzylinder 2 drehbar gelagert. Ebenfalls im Maschinengestell 1 ist über Lagerbuchsen 3 und erste spielfreie Lager 4 eine Aniloxwalze 5 drehbar gelagert.
    Auf den Schenkeln 8 der Aniloxwalze 5 sind in zweiten spielfreien Lagern 6 Takthebel 7 gelagert. An dem Takthebel 7 ist der mit der Aniloxwalze 5 in Wirkverbindung stehende Farbkasten 9 angeordnet.

In Fig. 1 sind die Wirkverbindungen nicht dargestellt; zur besseren Übersichtlichkeit wurde eine gestreckte Darstellung gewählt.
    Die Farbauftragwalze 10 besteht aus einer nicht rotierenden Steckachse 11 und einem auf der nicht rotierenden Steckachse 11 drehbar gelagerten Walzenmantel 12. An der Steckachse 11 ist beidseitig je ein in Takthebeln 7 über dritte spielfreie Lager 13 gelagertes Exzenterlager 14 angeordnet. An den Exzenterlagern 14 sind Elemente zur Walzentrennung 15 d.h. Elemente zum Verdrehen der Exzenterlager angeordnet. Diese Elemente zur Walzentrennung 15 stützen sich an den Takthebeln 7 ab.
    Die Takthebel 7 wiederum stützen sich auf der der Lagerstelle abgewandten Seite über eine Kurvenrolle 16 an einer am Druckformzylinder 2 angeordneten Taktkurve 17 ab (Fig. 2). Den Takthebeln 7 sind beidseitig sich am Maschinengestell 1 abstützende, die Taktung abstellende Elemente 18 angeordnet.
    Durch die Ausbildung der Farbauftragwalze 10 als nicht rotierende Steckachse 11 entsteht eine Synchrontraverse, welche die notwendige Synchronität beim Walzentrennen gewährleistet und damit den Einsatz von spielfreien Lagern ermöglicht.
    Da der Farbkasten 9 an den Takthebeln 7 gelagert ist, ergibt sich keine Differenzgeschwindigkeit zwischen dem Rakel des Farbkastens 9 und der Aniloxwalze 5 beim Takten.
    Das Farbwerk ist, da die Lagerstelle der Aniloxwalze 5 als geteiltes Lager ausgebildet ist, komplett herausnehmbar bzw. vormontierbar; die Farbauftragwalze 10 ist nach Trennung Steckachse 11/Takthebel 7 ebenfalls herausnehmbar.
    Bedingt dadurch, dass die Kurvenrolle 16 mit der Takthebellagerung in einer Ebene liegt treten keine sich negativ auswirkenden Kippmomente auf.
    Durch die Lagerung der Takthebel 7 auf den Schenkeln 8 der Aniloxwalze 5 wird der Taktung ― Bewegung in einem kleinen Schwenkwinkel ― eine Drehbewegung überlagert und damit erreicht, dass trotz der kleinen Schwenkwinkel eine ausreichende Schmierung der Lager gewährleistet ist.
