Claims (11)
- Elektrischer Transformator mit wenigstens einem, insbesondere aus Ferrit bestehenden, Kern, mit wenigstens einer Primärwicklung und mit wenigstens einer Sekundärwicklung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Kern (3) zwischen elektrischen Leitern (4) angeordnet ist, welche von einem Substrat (2), insbesondere einer Leiterplatte, wegstehen, und daß die Enden der wegstehenden Leiter (4) unter Bildung der Transformatorwicklungen elektrisch verbunden sind.
- Transformator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrischen Leiter (4) unter Bildung der Transformatorwicklungen auf der dem Substrat abgewandten Seite um den Kern herumgeführt sind.
- Transformator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein weiteres Substrat (1) parallel zu dem ersten (2) angeordnet ist und daß die Enden der wegstehenden Leiter (4) durch Leiterbahnen (5) auf dem weiteren Substrat (1) verbunden sind, wobei der wenigstens eine Kern (3) zwischen den beiden Substraten (1, 2) angeordnet ist.
- Transformator nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weitere Substrat auf der dem ersten Substrat zugewandten Seite konische Löcher zur Aufnahme und Zentrierung der Leiterenden bei maschinellem Zusammenstecken der Anordnung aufweist.
- Transformator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Kern (3) ein kreisförmiger Ring ist, daß die elektrischen Leiter (4) den Kern innen und außen schalenartig umgeben und daß die Leiter (4) zu den Transformatorwicklungen verbunden sind.
- Transformator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrischen Leiter (4) als schalenförmig der Kernform angepasste Blechstreifen ausgeführt sind.
- Transformator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere von Leitern (4) umgebene Kerne (31, 32, 33) auf dem Substrat zu einem einzigen Transformator zusammengeschaltet sind.
- Transformator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Substrat (2) aus auf wärmeleitende Keramik aufgeschweißtem Kupferblech (Direct-Copper-Bonding) besteht.
- Transformator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Substrat (2) auf eine Wärmesenke (7) aufgeklebt ist.
- Transformator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Substrat (1, 2) auch eine Schaltungsanordnung zum Betrieb des Transformators angeordnet ist.
- Transformator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines der verwendeten Substrate (1) mehrschichtig, insbesondere zweiseitig bestückbar, ausgeführt ist.
