Abstract
Description
The invention is based on a rodless Pressure cylinder according to the preamble of claim 1 specified genus.
Such a rodless one is known from EP 0 260 344 B1 Pressure cylinder known in which to hold the inner Sealing tape in the longitudinal slot if there is no internal pressure Holding device is provided, in which within the Longitudinal slot a profiled central web of an outer Sealing tape between two flanges forming a longitudinal groove of the inner sealing tape snaps into place. With one Holding device must have outer sealing tape, inner sealing tape and slot are matched, this elaborate holding device relatively much space and one relatively wide slot required. The size of the cylinder can therefore be reduced poorly. The outside can also Sealing tape in its position slightly in width slip and thus secure mounting and sealing endanger with the help of the inner sealing tape. It can occur that a usable seal by a kind Venturi effect occurs when the A secure seal is achieved inside with pressure, but what is associated with an undesirable leakage and the performance of the pressure cylinder impaired. Above all, it is for mounting the interior Sealing tape in an unpressurized state an outer masking tape required, which increases the construction effort.
Furthermore, DE 3 807 786 A1 describes a rodless one Pressure cylinder known in the case of a sealing tape paired nose-shaped protruding outwards Retaining ribs are arranged in associated pairs Grip the arranged holding grooves in the cylinder barrel. So that leaves establish a positive connection to the Always keep the sealing tape on the cylinder tube when the Interior is depressurized. The inner sealing tape has one essentially rectangular cross-section and lies in one correspondingly large recess in the cylinder barrel at the Longitudinal slot connects inwards and inwards is open. The one running between the retaining ribs outside facing top of the sealing tape serves as Contact surface, which is fixed to the housing, from the shoulders Recess formed support surfaces abuts. To the interior of the cylinder, the sealing tape has sealing lips in pairs which, however, are relatively small and therefore only narrow Cover sealing strips. By already in the unpressurized Condition of the contact surface of the sealing tape results a relatively friction and wear-prone way of working of the sealing tape. The sealing tape also builds through its rectangular cross section is relatively large and requires a lot Sealing material. This sealing tape is also poorly suited for cylinders with circular cross-section. Can also at Pressure load if there is a risk of leakage the sealing tape covering the longitudinal slot under the The internal pressure bends in a circular arc and thereby the Lift the sealing lips off their sealing surfaces so that compressed air penetrate there and between the sealing tape and the inner wall of the cylinder can leak in the area of the recess to the longitudinal slot.
The rodless pressure medium cylinder according to the invention with the characterizing features of the main claim on the other hand, the advantage that in unpressurized or low pressure condition a secure and stable mounting of the inner sealing tape on the cylinder inner wall and thus a good tightness is achieved. For mounting the inner Sealing tape, no outer masking tape is required. The Pressure cylinder enables the lowest possible Effort a compact and stable construction. The piston of the Pressure cylinder can be operated effectively if possible low leakage, with an occurrence of undesirable Venturi effect is avoided. in the pressurized condition can change the inside of the Approach the sealing tape of a circular shape and thus one low-wear and low-friction operation of the cylinder support. Furthermore, the pressure cylinder builds inexpensive and enables permanent operation.
By the measures listed in the subclaims advantageous further developments and improvements of the Main claim specified rodless Pressure cylinder possible. Above all, they favor one secure holding of the inner sealing tape in the unpressurized Condition with the least possible leakage and a stable one long-term operation.

In

vergleichsweise geringen Restdruck aufweist. Wie der
vergrößerte Querschnitt nach Figur 2 zeigt, wird der
Längsschlitz 15 durch ein Paar gegenüberliegender
Seitenflächen 21 gebildet. Der Bereich des Längsschlitzes 15
im Zylinderrohr 11 mit dem zugehörigen Dichtband 17 ist
symmetrisch zu einer Ebene 22 ausgebildet. In dem unteren
Bereich des Längsschlitzes 15, also zum Innenraum 13 des
Druckmittelzylinders 10 hin, sind in den Seitenflächen 21
paarweise Haltenuten 23 ausgebildet, die Teile der
Halteeinrichtung 19 darstellen.
übergehen.FIG. 2 now shows a cross section according to II-II in FIG
1, the area of the
Oberseite nasenartig auskragende Halterippen 32 paarweise
Haltenuten 23. Die Halteeinrichtung 19 sorgt bei dem in
Figur 2 dargestellten drucklosen Zustand einerseits für eine
sichere formschlüssige Halterung des Druckbandes 17 im
Zylinderrohr 11, andererseits muß sie beim Arbeiten des
Druckmittelzylinders leicht lösbar sein.The
On the sealing
Betriebsbedingungen sorgt.Central to the inside of the sealing
In diesem drucklosen Zustand
The mode of operation of the
2 in seinem druckbeaufschlagten Zustand.
Abdichtung und Dichtheit aufrechterhalten wird.FIG. 3 now shows the
Selbstverständlich sind an der gezeigten Ausführungsform
Änderungen möglich, ohne vom Gedanken der Erfindung
abzuweichen.
Of course, are shown on the embodiment shown
