Description
The invention relates to a pull-out guide set according to the preamble of the
It is during the life of a piece of furniture with a pull-out guide often required to disassemble the piece of furniture by weight and their size are portable to the individual parts in another place to build together. Especially when one piece of furniture has multiple pull-out guide sets it is expedient if the disassembly into individual parts is as effective as possible can be carried out without the stability by the simple disassembly of the reassembled piece of furniture suffers.
From the generic DE 83 33 251 U1 is a pull-out guide for Drawers known, in which the drawer in the pull-out rails in the furniture body mounted pull-out guide set can be hooked in and removed again. To make it easier to hang and remove the drawer is on everyone Pull-out guide set provided a locking device by means of which the pull-out rail can be held on the mounting rail. Here is the mounting rail firmly screwed to the furniture body, while the one that can be moved on the mounting rail Pull-out rail detachable in the front and rear area with a drawer connected is. The locking device consists of a mounted on the pull-out rail Pawl that snap down into a recess in the mounting rail can. Thus, the drawer can be removed from the furniture body while the pull-out guide set remains in the furniture body.
The known pull-out guide set is not free from disadvantages. On the one hand, remains the heavy pull-out guide set, usually made of sheet metal Furniture body that is very heavy compared to the drawer. The disassembly of the Furniture in individual parts therefore results in an extremely uneven weight distribution of the individual parts. On the other hand, the previously known locking device from Security aspect poor, since the pivoted jack is not sufficient is secured and can easily be operated unintentionally. If the jack accidentally is pulled out, the pull-out rail can freely from the furniture body slide out and injure people or damage objects. If takes into account that the furniture body in particular is bulky and heavy, can Transport of the furniture body such an unintentional unlocking of the locking device enter easily.
Eine Fixierung der Ausziehschiene und der Mittelschiene ist nicht vorgesehen.DE 42 42 717 shows a pull-out guide set for drawers, in which the Pull-out guide has a pull-out rail, a mounting rail and a central rail. The mounting rails are mounted on mounting brackets, which are mounted on the furniture body are. Hooks are formed on the mounting brackets, into which the mounting rails can be inserted are. Furthermore, the mounting rails are held on spring-loaded locking parts, wherein the locking parts are pressed in and then to release the mounting rail the mounting rails can be removed. A fixation of the pull-out rail and the Middle rail is not provided.
US 5 292 198 shows a release mechanism for a pull-out guide in the a support bracket a hook is arranged in a recess of a mounting rail intervenes. To release the mounting rail, the hook is pushed in and the drawer with the pull-out guide can be removed. Another way of locking a pull-out guide is shown in US 4,465,324, which is only a pull-out rail and includes a mounting rail. The mounting rail is on a mounting bracket detachably fixed by stops. With such a definition, one can not completely avoid certain game.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to a pull-out guide set create that is easy to assemble and disassemble a piece of furniture in just a few Individual components with even weight distribution possible. Furthermore, the pull-out guide set should protect against incorrect operation and be inexpensive producible components can be assembled.
This task is performed with a pull-out guide set with the features of the
Side wall of a fixed furniture body, with a mounting rail that with a is firmly connectable with a furniture body holding part, and at least a track that is slidably mounted to the mounting rail, and that with a Push floor or other push part. is connectable, the mounting rail by means of a releasable locking mechanism on the holding part in the direction the axis of the mounting rail can be locked. This training enables easy Assembly and disassembly of the pull-out guide set, during disassembly only the holding part firmly attached to the furniture body remains, while the pull-out guide set together with the moving floor, drawer or the like can be removed. The weight of a piece of furniture becomes like this evenly distributed on the individual parts, the rails of the pull-out guide set on the moving floor etc. because of the smaller size and the simpler Manageability pose a lower security risk.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking mechanism the mounting rail on the holding part perpendicular in a first direction lockable to the axis of the mounting rail. This training ensures you The pull-out guide set holds securely even in one load direction. The mounting rail on the holding part is preferably additionally in a second direction lockable, the second direction being inclined to the first direction and extends perpendicular to the axis of the mounting rail. This will make the Push floor or drawer in all possible horizontal and vertical directions kept safe.
Receives a locking mechanism that is simple and inexpensive to manufacture one, if this has a sliding locking element that with the Holding part cooperates. The locking element can advantageously be a means for locking the holding part in the first and second directions.
According to the invention is the unlocked state of the locking mechanism at least one running rail is held essentially fixed on the mounting rail, so that when you remove the pull-out guide from the furniture body Movement of the running rail or running rails is essentially prevented. A slight movement of the running rails up to about 4 cm means in this context still "essentially fixed" because of a movement of this magnitude is still relatively harmless from a security perspective. However, is preferred a maximum play of the running rail (s) of less than 1 cm is desired.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention is a locking element provided that has a latching device with a on a moving floor or drawer attachable locking element cooperates and the locking element is movable into a released position by the latching element. The locking element is preferably designed to be movable and arrives in one first position not in engagement with the locking element and locked in one second position with the locking element. This will be an assembly aid provided that the locking element is slidably received on a guide member and can be locked in the first and second positions. This can the fitter hear and feel whether the desired position of the locking element has been reached is.
An easy-to-produce pull-out guide set is obtained when the locking element by means of a guide element attached to the mounting rail is slidably mounted between the mounting rail and the guide element. It can the guide element can be plugged onto the mounting rail and by means of a locking device be held on the mounting rail. The manufacture of the pull-out guide set can also be automated over long distances.
If the above locking element has at least two locking tongues has, which at least partially encompass the holding part in the locked state, can be achieved by simply moving the locking element Interlocking in several. Get direction. A simple guide to the Locking element is obtained when this is along one on the mounting rail formed recess is slidably disposed.
The pull-out guide set according to the invention can be produced inexpensively, if the mounting rail and the intended running rail (s) are made of metal are and the components of the locking mechanism made of plastic are.
According to the invention, a drawer is also provided, with a sliding floor, which is held on both sides by a pull-out guide, a front panel, Side walls and a rear wall, the drawer two according to the invention Pull-out guide sets.

The pull-out guide set shown in Fig. 1 is used to attach a moving
Frontblende 38 an zwei vorderen Verbindungselementen 3 befestigt. The
On the underside of the moving
A mounting
3 bei X befestigt.17 is the pull-out guide with the running
ausbildet.A locking mechanism is provided in the front area of the holding
The locking
vertikale Richtung gewährleistet wird.A
den Vorsprung 27 ausgebildet ist.7A to 7E, several views of the
The locking
Various views of the
In
The locking mechanism is described below. In the shown in Fig. 3

(Fig. 4).
To open the locking mechanism, the locking
Below are the individual steps for removing and inserting the Drawer described in more detail.
The drawer with the moving
For the removal of the drawer, the drawer is initially not shown in FIG. 10
furniture cabinet shown pulled out. 10 is the pull-out guide with
the
10 (Fig. 11).To release the locking mechanism, will be brief as above
described the two
The drawer is then pushed in again until the locking
The
The drawer is inserted in the reverse order. First of all
the unit consisting of drawer and pull-out guide is inserted into the furniture body
and inserted until the mounting
Rastvorsprüngen 19 der beiden Verriegelungselemente 10 gelöst werden (Fig. 14).The drawer is then pulled vigorously outwards so that the locking connection

bis sie in ihrer inneren Stellung verrasten (Fig. 15).Then the locking
Then the drawer with the
verschiebt.Alternatively, the locking mechanism can be in the position shown in FIG. 13
