- the opposite The front of the fastener part has the adhesive elements in the form of connecting hooks, Sticky heads, mushrooms or the like. on that against the intrusion of Foam material are protected, for example by this, as in the European scripture described, from an uncrosslinked thermoplastic are completely surrounded.
- Adhesive elements free and can later with adhesive elements of another adhesive fastener part, for example in the form of a loop band, forming a usual adhesive fastener.
- upholstery materials can be made Define foamed upholstery parts of a motor vehicle seat or passenger seat or rotating components, for example in the form of grinding wheels, with Tool holders on conventional grinding machines and devices connect.
- the foam material mentioned can depend on each object to be molded must be extremely fluid and viscosities have, which are in the range of water or below. It has now shown that when using loop and loop material as Lanyard or the like when using adhesive fleece. the in itself open loops are not completely penetrated by the foam material but rather form a kind of barrier for this that Prevents the penetration of the foam material.
- the curing or baking process for the foam material depends on the Transition points between the loop material and the foam to blowholes, thus to gaseous hollow inclusions, which form a firm connection counteract between the adhesive fastener part and the foam material. Because of the reduced strength of the connection between Adhesive fastener parts and foam material are particularly common during long-term use to release the connection and the adhesive fastener part tears out of the foam material, making it unusable overall of the entire component, for example in the form of a Vehicle seat or a grinding wheel holder.

- the adhesive medium is fluorine, it comes between the thus treated fastener part and the respective foam material to a high-strength connection that is difficult to solve, so that there is a long-term connection between the fastener part and the later foam body results. Due to the adhesive medium that penetrates into the adhesive fastener part and is introduced into it in this way, a surface-selective chemical reaction is generated on the adhesive fastener part, which leads to the good connection values with the foam material. Compared to the known solutions, the adhesive medium is not applied separately to the adhesive fastener material as a type of adhesive layer, but rather an integral part of the adhesive fastener.
- fluorine is used as the gaseous adhesive medium to be introduced, preferably with adhesive fastener parts made of polyolefin material
- the of the polyolefin surface are determined by fluorine atoms replaced. This substitution reaction takes place at room temperature. It is not Start or initial reaction required. Now partially on the surface fluorinated hydrocarbons behave completely differently than the previous one Basic material of the fastener part. Because of its high electronegativity the fluorine atom tries to fill its outer electron shells. To become electrons from neighboring carbon and hydrogen atoms deducted.
- An advantage of the fluorine treatment is a reliable adhesion to all polyolefins with an otherwise low surface tension, whereby there is an even penetration with the fluorine material, so that even complicated geometries and surfaces including undercuts, cavities, inner surfaces or the like. receive a fluorine treatment that promotes liability.
- a sufficient number of polar components must be ensured, with polar components of 40 mN / m 2 and more being achievable with polyolefin materials.
- the fluorine is in a nitrogen atmosphere applied, the fluorine input continuously or discontinuously, that is with running or upright fastener part, be carried out well can.
- the storage of fluorine nitrogen mixtures in high pressure cylinders has been around since state of the art for many years and what the toxicology of the matter As far as gas mixtures are concerned, this is in safety data sheets and DIN standards relevant and safely regulated, so that even in large-scale application health risks are not to be feared.
- the adhesive fastener parts to be treated in one Vacuum chamber exposed to the fluorine nitrogen gas atmosphere Due to the Vacuum chamber is avoided with certainty that the fluorine nitrogen gas mixture unintentionally can emerge from the device.
- the device in question can carry out a batch process, in which the adhesive fastener parts to be treated for a predetermined Time to remain stationary in the device or continuously, at which Continuous entry and exit of a continuous belt or a surface of an adhesive fastener part.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an adhesive fastener part, in particular for foaming for upholstery parts of vehicle seats in their manufacture, with adhesive elements on the one hand for connection with corresponding adhesive elements another part of the fastener to form a fastener and with a bonding agent in the manner of an adhesive medium on the other Side of the fastener part to establish a connection with the respective foam material. The invention also relates to a method for producing a relevant adhesive fastener part and a device to apply the procedure.
General-purpose fastener parts are known from EP 0 612 485, wherein the adhesive fastener part is inserted in such a foam form is that the Lanyard in the form of loop elements on the back of the Adhesive fastener part with the respective foam material for producing a come into contact with it. The opposite The front of the fastener part has the adhesive elements in the form of connecting hooks, Sticky heads, mushrooms or the like. on that against the intrusion of Foam material are protected, for example by this, as in the European Scripture described, from an uncrosslinked thermoplastic are completely surrounded. Is in the form after the foaming process and molding the foamed part to remove the cover, the Adhesive elements free and can later with adhesive elements of another adhesive fastener part, for example in the form of a loop band, forming a usual adhesive fastener.
In this way, for example, upholstery materials can be made Define foamed upholstery parts of a motor vehicle seat or passenger seat or rotating components, for example in the form of grinding wheels, with Tool holders on conventional grinding machines and devices connect. The foam material mentioned can depend on each object to be molded must be extremely fluid and viscosities have, which are in the range of water or below. It has now shown that when using loop and loop material as Lanyard or the like when using adhesive fleece. the in itself open loops are not completely penetrated by the foam material but rather form a kind of barrier for this that Prevents the penetration of the foam material. At the subsequent The curing or baking process for the foam material then depends on the Transition points between the loop material and the foam to blowholes, thus to gaseous hollow inclusions, which form a firm connection counteract between the adhesive fastener part and the foam material. EP-A-0809 952 discloses a generic fastener part, which is made of a biodegradable plastic material. The application of an independent adhesive layer as Adhesive medium on the side of the fastener part facing away from the adhesive elements is also the subject of EP-A-0754 416. The related In this known solution, adhesive is applied as an adhesive medium a coating process. It has been shown that regardless of the Selection of the adhesive as the adhesive medium is still not a good connection comes between the fastener part and foam material and that especially when the foam material is used later to tear and thus to loosen the connection between Adhesive fastener part and foam material comes.
Proceeding from this prior art, the object of the invention is to further improve an adhesive closure part in such a way that a secure and high-strength connection between the adhesive closure part and the foam material used in each case can be achieved. Furthermore, the invention is based on the object of providing a method for producing a corresponding adhesive closure part and an apparatus for using this method. Such a task is solved by an adhesive fastener part with the features of claim 1, a method with the features of claim 3 and a device with the features of claim 5.
Characterized in that according to the characterizing part of claim 1, the adhesive medium is fluorine, it comes between the thus treated fastener part and the respective foam material to a high-strength connection that is difficult to solve, so that there is a long-term connection between the fastener part and the later foam body results.
It is surprising for a person skilled in the field of fastener and foaming technology that by introducing a gaseous adhesive medium on the fastener part, he achieves a better connection to the foam material than by means of the known loop material or by means of conventional adhesives, which are complex and therefore expensive to produce and where, for example, the loops penetrate and penetrate far into the foam material. Instead of mechanically interlocking the loop or loop material with the foam, the adhesive medium introduced in each case creates an adhesion to the foam material during its production under heat and pressure, which leads to higher strength values for the desired connection.
If fluorine is used as the gaseous adhesive medium to be introduced, preferably with adhesive fastener parts made of polyolefin material, the of the polyolefin surface are determined by fluorine atoms replaced. One speaks therefore of an induced polarity, which with the Main reason for good adhesion with the foam material, preferably made of polyurethane foam.
An advantage of the fluorine treatment is a reliable adhesion to all polyolefins with an otherwise low surface tension, whereby there is an even penetration with the fluorine material, so that even complicated geometries and surfaces including undercuts, cavities, inner surfaces or the like. receive a fluorine treatment that promotes liability. In order to achieve the best possible connection values to the foam material via fluorination, a sufficient number of polar components must be ensured, with polar components of 40 mN / m 2 and more being achievable with polyolefin materials.
In the method according to the invention for producing a closure part with According to the above characteristics, the fluorine is in a nitrogen atmosphere applied, the fluorine input continuously or discontinuously, that is with running or upright fastener part, be carried out well can. The storage of fluorine nitrogen mixtures in high pressure cylinders has been around since state of the art for many years and what the toxicology of the matter As far as gas mixtures are concerned, this is in safety data sheets and DIN standards relevant and safely regulated, so that even in large-scale application health risks are not to be feared.
In the inventive device for performing the above Process the adhesive fastener parts to be treated in one Vacuum chamber exposed to the fluorine nitrogen gas atmosphere. Due to the Vacuum chamber is avoided with certainty that the fluorine nitrogen gas mixture unintentionally can emerge from the device.
The device in question can carry out a batch process, in which the adhesive fastener parts to be treated for a predetermined Time to remain stationary in the device or continuously, at which Continuous entry and exit of a continuous belt or a surface of an adhesive fastener part.

The adhesive fastener part presented below is used in particular for foaming upholstery parts of vehicle seats (not shown) during their manufacture. The band-like or sheet-like fastener part has on one side
Polyolefins with great technical importance in the field of fasteners are, for example, polyethylenes, polypropylenes, polybutenes, the occasionally misleading also called polybutylenes or polybutenes, as well as polyisobutenes and poly (4-methyl-1-pentene) s, polymers of the higher α-olefins, e.g. However, poly (1-hexene), poly (1-octene) or poly (1-octadecene) have So far, only very limited technical application has been found in this field. The polyolefins also include copolymers of different olefins, e.g. that of ethylene with propylene.
The adhesive medium is preferably fluorine and is introduced into the adhesive closure part via subsequent fluorination. The fluorine mentioned is used as F 2 and therefore as a gas, preferably in a nitrogen atmosphere.
Preferably, the entry of the Fluorine gas to 3% made at room temperature and a negative pressure of approx. 650 mbar. The process in question is carried out continuously, which will be explained in more detail. With a discontinuous entry procedure a temperature of 40 ° to 50 ° C. is preferably selected and the fluorine input increased to 10% in the nitrogen atmosphere.
The device according to the invention, as shown in the drawing, has a
horizontaler Richtung verlaufend angeordnet.
In the direction of transport of the
If it is provided that the entire adhesive fastener part is provided with fluorine
this is of no importance, especially when lathering, provided that
