Abstract

Die manschettenförmige Bahn (1) weist eine Mehrzahl von nebeneinander liegenden schmalen länglichen Taschen (5,5') auf, welche an einem Ende eine Öffnung (12) besitzen, wobei sich in den Taschen (5,5') stabförmige, auswechselbare Gewichte (2,3) befinden, und die Öffnung (12) der Taschen (5,5') zum Auswechseln von verschieden schweren stabförmigen Gewichte (2,3) verschließbar und öffenbar sind.
