Abstract

Eine elektromotorgetriebene Axialkolbenpumpe (1) für Brennkraftmaschinen hat eine mittels Wälzlagern (6,9) gelagerte, ortsfeste Taumelscheibe (8). Zwischen Zylinderblock (11) und Gehäuse (12) ist eine Ventilplatte (13) eingespannt. Die Rückschlagventile (17,18) sind als Blattfederventile ausgebildet. Die Taumelscheibe (8) wird mittels Federwippe (25) an einem Zentrierzapfen (26) des Zylinderblocks (11) abgestützt. Der Elektromotor der Pumpe ist im Saugbereich der Pumpe zwischen Sauganschluss (21) und Saugkanälen (15) angeordnet. Die Saugkanäle führen über Blatteinlassventile (24,28) zu der Ventilplatte (13).

An electric motor-driven axial piston pump (1) for internal combustion engines has a stationary swash plate (8) which is mounted by means of roller bearings (6, 9). A valve plate (13) is clamped between the cylinder block (11) and the housing (12). The check valves (17, 18) are designed as leaf spring valves. The swash plate (8) is supported on a centering pin (26) of the cylinder block (11) by means of a spring rocker (25). The electric motor of the pump is arranged in the suction area of the pump between the suction connection (21) and suction channels (15). The suction channels lead to the valve plate (13) via leaf inlet valves (24, 28).
