If now the insole 2 is loaded in the heel area in accordance with the force P 2 , the liquid filling 5 is displaced from the heel area into the forefoot area, which according to FIG. 3 results in buckling of the insole 2 in the forefoot area.
- the cover sheets 4th the insert 3 are glued to the adjoining soles 1 and 2, which is a good connection of these layers allows, without the necessary mobility in particular, to impair the insole 2 with the footbed.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shoe with an outsole of an insole and an insert of two provided between the outsole and the insole on the edge side together liquid-tightly connected cover films, the between extending over the sole region extending, preferably gelatinous Include liquid filling.
On the one hand to ensure a uniform pressure distribution over the sole of the foot and on the other hand to achieve a massage effect on the sole of the foot are Shoe inserts known (DE 2,152,710 A), consisting of two edges welded cover sheets consist of a gel-like liquid filling between them include, so that this insert due to the liquid filling adapts to the particular foot shape of the shoe wearer and for a uniform Pressure distribution over the sole surface ensures. As with the change of local pressure load during walking the liquid filling between the cover sheets is displaced, there is also a massage effect on the Soles of the feet through this accompanied by a change in thickness of the insert Fluid shift. However, these known deposits can not be advantageous Footrest form, because they due to the pressure-related fluid displacements Failure of the foot can not compensate; even then not if the sole region is subdivided into individual chambers (US Pat. No. 5,493,792) A), which also the massage effect because of the then localized Affect fluid displacement.
Are in other known shoe inserts (WO 98/31249 A1, US 4,471,538 A, US 5 686 167 A) on the foot facing side of the insert localized Liquid cushion provided so limited to the uniform Pressure distribution to these localized areas of the shoe insert, wherein inevitably must be dispensed with a massage effect of the sole of the foot. Apart from that, only the deposit areas outside the liquid pad can exercise a maladjustment of the foot counteracting support function, resulting in an additional restriction of the possibilities for the arrangement leads from liquid cushions.
For damping shock loads on the foot, it is known (DE 42 00 041 A1, US 4 458 430 A), in the outsole of a shoe both in the forefoot and to provide a fluid cushion in the heel area and this fluid cushion to connect with each other via flow channels, so that at a Fußbelastung in a padded area liquid in the other padded area can flow. This fluid displacement when unrolling the foot during the walking movement, a back and forth pumping of the liquid between brings the liquid cushion in the forefoot and heel area brings about causes Although a damping of jerky foot loads, but suffers because of associated local compliance of the outsole the support effect especially with the recesses of the outsole whose torsional rigidity regarding a longitudinal axis is significantly reduced.
Flüssigkeits polster sind außerdem aus US-A-5 686 167 und US-A-5 493 792 bekannt.Liquid pads are also known from US-A-5,686,167 and US-A-5,493,792.
Finally, it is known (US 4,100,686 A), corresponding in one of the sole of the foot Recess of the outsole from a filled with a liquid insert provide two edge-side together liquid-tight connected cover sheets and these with a flexible insole made of closed-cell foam cover. Since this insole does not form an insole, similar difficulties occur in terms of foot support as in shoes, where none Cover the liquid cushion is provided. A possible malposition of the foot can not be corrected by such an insole.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a shoe of the initially described Style so that the beneficial properties of a fluid-filled insert in terms of pressure distribution and massage effect can be exploited without relying on a favorable supporting effect on the Having to forego a foot.
The invention solves the problem set by the fact that the insole is a footbed forms and a longitudinally greater bending softness than in the transverse direction and that the pad is in contact with the outsole and the insole.
Because the foot is not directly due to these measures, but over a Insole formed on the fluid-filled with a corresponding footbed Insole supports, this sole forms a pressure transmitting body, the ensures adequate pressure distribution, which on the one hand a larger area Displacement of the liquid filling brings with it and on the other hand a sufficient Ensures supporting effect through the footbed. As a footbed forming Insole a corresponding torsional stiffness and at least one in Longitudinal direction greater bending softness than in the transverse direction, is at a Gehbedingten load change the liquid filling especially in the longitudinal direction of the shoe shifted back and forth. This fluid displacement in the longitudinal direction brings the desired beneficial massage effect with itself because superimposed this fluid movement of the sole movement with the footbed and ensures a wave-like sole movement.
In the arrangement of the fluid-filled insert between the outsole and the insole with the footbed is to be taken care that by the sole fastening the movement due to the displacement of the liquid filling the insole is not obstructed by the footbed, the insole can with the Liquid filling at least glued to one of the two adjacent soles become. When gluing the fluid-filled insert with only one The two adjacent soles can make the insole with the footbed off be removed from the shoe, wherein the liquid-filled insert either the shoe or the insole is associated with the footbed.
- Fig. 1 bis 3
- Fig. 1 to 3
- the sole of a shoe according to the invention in each case in a schematic longitudinal section in three different load positions.
According to the illustrated embodiment, the sole of a shoe according to the invention consists of a
For attachment of the
