Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Signalisation, nämlich für Straßen, Flußfahrt, Luftfahrt und/oder dergleichen, bestehend wenigstens aus einer Schildkröte (1), umfassend wenigstens Mittel (2) zur Detektion von Außenparametern und Mittel (3) zur Sendung von sich auf die Außenparameter beziehenden Warnsignalen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem Folgendes umfaßt:
    - Mittel (4) zum Austausch mit der Umgebung von Signalen, die als Kommunikationssignale bezeichnet sind, enthaltend wenigstens Daten, die als Steuerdaten bezeichnet sind, deren Beschaffenheit von den besagten Außenparameter abhängig ist,
    - Mittel zur Bearbeitung (5), geeignet, die besagten Mittel (3) zur Sendung von Warnsignalen in Abhängigkeit wenigstens von den Steuerdaten der durch die besagte Vorrichtung empfangenen Kommunikationssignale funktionieren zu lassen und/oder besagte Kommunikationssignale herzustellen, die geeignet sind, durch die besagte Vorrichtung ausgesendet zu werden, deren Steuerdaten wenigstens von den Daten abhängig sind, die durch die besagten Detektionsmittel erfaßt werden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die besagten Bearbeitungsmittel (5) außerdem geeignet sind, die besagten Mittel (3) zur Sendung von Warnsignalen in Abhängigkeit von den Daten funktionieren zu lassen, die durch die besagten Detektionsmittel (2) der Vorrichtung erfaßt werden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend Mittel zur Speicherung von wenigstens einem Kenncode der besagten Vorrichtung und bei der die besagten Bearbeitungsmittel außerdem geeignet sind, einerseits, einen Vergleich des oder der besagten Kenncodes mit einem oder mehreren Kenncodes, die in den empfangenen Kommunikationssignalen enthalten sind, durchzuführen, um zu prüfen, ob die Steuerdaten, die in den besagten Kommunikationssignalen enthalten sind, berücksichtigt oder ignoriert werden sollen, und/oder, andererseits, den oder die besagten Kenncodes der besagten Vorrichtung in die ausgesendeten Kommunikationssignale neben den besagten Steuerdaten, die in den besagten Kommunikationssignalen enthalten sind, einzuschließen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der der besagte Kenncode aus einem ersten verschlüsselten Identifizierer, der als Gruppenidentifizierer bezeichnet wird, und aus einem zweiten verschlüsselten Identifizierer, der als Einzelidentifizierer bezeichnet wird, besteht, wobei die besagten Bearbeitungsmittel (5) geeignet sind, eine Schlußfolgerung zu ziehen, daß das empfangene Kommunikationssignal zu berücksichtigen ist, dessen Kenncode vorgesehen ist, einen ersten und einen zweiten Identifizierer zu enthalten, bei der gleichzeitigen Überprüfung der beiden folgenden Bedingungen:
    - eines Gruppenidentifizierers, der mit dem besagten ersten Identifizierer identisch ist,
    - eines Einzelidentifizierers, der größer oder kleiner ist als der besagte zweite Identifizierer.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der die besagten Bearbeitungsmittel (5) außerdem geeignet sind, die Gruppenidentifizierer und/oder die Einzelidentifizierer des Kenncodes der besagten Vorrichtung bei der Sendung eines solchen besagten Kommunikationssignals durch die besagte Vorrichtung zu ändern.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die besagten Detektionsmittel (2) geeignet sind, in einer bestimmten Zone (22) das Vorhandensein von Gegenständen, Nebel und/oder den Tag/Nachtwechsel festzustellen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die besagten Mittel (3) zur Sendung von Warnsignalen geeignet sind, sichtliche Anzeigen zu liefern, die der Beschaffenheit der Außenparameter angepaßt sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend außerdem autonome Mittel (18) zur Energieversorgung.
  9. Gesamtheit von Vorrichtungen zur Signalisation nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, in der die besagten Kommunikationssignale durch die besagten Vorrichtungen ausgesendet und/oder empfangen werden.
  10. Gesamtheit nach Anspruch 8, bei der:
    - die besagten Vorrichtungen in Gruppen verteilt werden, wobei jede Vorrichtung derselben Gruppe mit demselben sogenannten Gruppenidentifizierer ausgestattet ist,
    - die besagten Vorrichtungen hinsichtlich einander nach einer bestimmten Richtung und einem Sinn (20, 21) gerichtet sind, wobei die Vorrichtungen derselben Gruppe einen von einer Vorrichtung zur anderen nach dem besagten bestimmten Sinn wachsenden oder abnehmenden Einzelidentifizierer aufweisen.
  11. Straßenfahrbahn, die mit einer solchen Gesamtheit nach Ansprüchen 9 oder 10 ausgestattet ist, wobei die besagten Schildkröten (1) in einem bestimmten Abstand hintereinander auf der besagten Straßenfahrbahn nach einer von dieser Letzteren gefolgten Richtung gesetzt sind.
