Abstract
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine elektrische
Steckverbinderanordnung, wobei mehrere buchsenförmig ausgeführte, aus
elektrisch gut leitfähigem Metall hergestellte Steckkontaktelemente mit einer
gleichen Anzahl von stiftförmig ausgeführten metallischen Gegen-Steckkontaktelemente
kooperieren.
Eine derartige Steckverbindungsanordnung ist z.B. dazu geeignet, auf einem
vorzugsweise als Leiterplatte ausgebildeten Substrat befindliche
elektrische/elektronische Schaltungskomponenten mit einer mehradrigen
elektrischen Anschlußleitung zu verbinden, wobei die Schaltungskomponenten
mit den der Leiterplatte zugehörigen Steckkontaktelementen über auf dem

ausgebildeten Substrat mehrere als Lötpads ausgeführte Befestigungsbereiche
vorzusehen, die jeweils mit jeweils einer an jeweils einem Steckkontaktelement
vorhandenen Verbindungszone durch einen Reflow-Lötprozeß verbunden sind.
Bei einer solchen Ausführungsform sind die stiftförmig ausgeführten
Steckkontaktelemente in einer auf ein damit zu verbindendes elektrisches
Gerät abgestimmten kraftfahrzeugtypischen Art und Weise auf dem Substrat
befestigt, wobei der jeweils eine Endbereich auf den Lötpads fest angelötet ist
und der dazu um 90° abgewinkelte andere (freie) Endbereich von der
Substratoberfläche abragt.
Eine solche Anordnung und Ausbildung von Steckkontaktelementen ist aber
nicht ohne weiteres dazu geeignet, diese in einer wenig Platz
beanspruchenden Art und Weise mit einem an einer Anschlußleitung
vorhandenen kompakten Steckverbindungsteil in einem Arbeitsgang zu

ist, daß die den auf dem Substrat angeordneten Steckkontaktelementen
zugeordneten, jeweils an einer Ader einer elektrischen Anschlußleitung
befestigten Gegen-Steckkontaktelemente sowohl einzeln, als auch komplett
durch gemeinsame Anordnung in einem Steckverbindergehäuse mit den

Wie aus der Zeichnung hervorgeht, sind auf einem vorzugsweise als
Leiterplatte ausgeführten Substrat 1 mehrere in kaschierter oder laminierter Art
und Weise aufgebrachte metallische Leiterbahnen 2 vorhanden, die mit der
Einfachheit halber nicht näher dargestellten elektrischen/elektronischen
Schaltungskomponenten verbunden sind. Weiterhin sind auf dem Substrat als
Lötpads dienende, metallisch ausgeführte Befestigungsbereiche 3a,3b
vorgesehen, die gegenüber den umliegenden Isolationsbereichen 1a' der
Leiterplatte erhaben ausgeführt sind. Jeweils einer dieser Befestigungsbereiche
3a,3b und zwar der Befestigungsbereiche 3b ist mit einer der Leiterbahnen 2
einstückig verbunden und jeweils ein weiterer Befestigungsbereich und zwar
der Befestigungsbereich 3a ist im Bereich eines Randes 1a* des Substrates 1
