This device fits in a mop holder (26) and includes a casing (14) and one or more grooves in the casing to move a mop cover plate up and down and/or operate it. A sucking facility squeezes a nozzle and can have a labyrinth seal, a roller seal, a blade seal, a brush seal, or some of these combined.
