- la figure 1 montre en perspective et partiellement écorchée une portion d'une armature de matelas selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue de dessus de l'armature de matelas de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une coupe de la même armature selon un plan vertical passant entre deux rangées ou deux colonnes de ressorts ;
- la figure 4 est une vue latérale d'un dispositif permettant de réaliser l'armature de matelas des figures 1 à 3 en une seule opération ;
- la figure 5 est une vue latérale du dispositif de la figure 4 dans la position permettant la liaison des deux laizes de recouvrement ;
- la figure 6 montre un dispositif pour réaliser en continu des armatures de matelas selon l'invention ;
- les figures 7 à 9 sont des coupes selon le plan médian des ressorts d'une armature de matelas selon l'invention qui montrent différentes configurations de lignes de liaison fermées entourant les ressorts.
Claims (10)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une armature de matelas à ressorts, du type comportant une pluralité de ressorts (2) hélicoïdaux disposés verticalement, côte à côte, en rangées et en colonnes, entre deux laizes (3, 4) de recouvrement en tissu souple s'appuyant sur les extrémités des ressorts (2),
caractérisé par le fait que l'on assemble les deux laizes (3, 4) entre elles sensiblement dans le plan médian des ressorts (2) au moins au voisinage de leurs zones ponctuelles (6) situées en vis-à-vis à la fois entre les rangées et les colonnes de ressorts, et sur leur pourtour (5). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'on assemble les deux laizes (3, 4) entre elles dans le plan médian des ressorts (2), de manière à former autour de chaque ressort (2) une ligne de liaison (7) fermée, les lignes de liaison (7) entourant deux ressorts adjacents appartenant à la même rangée ou à la même colonne ayant une portion commune.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les assemblages sont réalisés par des coutures.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les assemblages sont réalisés par collage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les assemblages sont réalisés par soudure.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les ressorts (2) interposés entre les deux laizes (3, 4) sont comprimés par deux organes presseurs (11, 12 ; 21a, 21b) au cours de l'opération d'assemblage des deux laizes (3, 4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que l'on utilise deux organes presseurs comportant deux plaques (11, 12) parallèles susceptibles d'être rapprochées, et par le fait que l'on réalise les assemblages des deux laizes au cours d'une seule opération.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que l'on utilise deux organes presseurs comportant des moyens d'entraínement (21a, 21b) en parallèle des deux laizes (3, 4) le long d'un chemin de défilement (22) horizontal dont l'épaisseur varie continûment entre l'entrée (23) et la sortie (24), ce chemin de défilement comportant une région rétrécie (25) dans laquelle les deux laizes (3, 4) sont sensiblement contiguës, l'on introduit rangée par rangée les ressorts (2) entre les deux laizes (3, 4) à l'entrée (23) du chemin de défilement (22) et on réalise les assemblages pas à pas dans la zone rétrécie (25) du chemin de défilement (22).
- Matelas à ressorts du type comportant une pluralité de ressorts (2) hélicoïdaux disposés verticalement, côte à côte en rangées et colonnes, entre deux laizes (3, 4) de recouvrement en tissu souple, caractérisé par le fait que les deux laizes (3, 4) de recouvrement sont assemblées entre elles sensiblement dans le plan médian des ressorts (2) au moins au voisinage de leurs zones ponctuelles (6) situées en vis-à-vis à la fois entre les rangées et les colonnes de ressorts (2), et sur leur pourtour (5).
- Matelas à ressorts selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que les deux laizes (3, 4) de recouvrement sont assemblées entre elles sensiblement dans le plan médian des ressorts (2) le long des lignes de liaison (7) fermées entourant chacune un ressort (2), les lignes de liaison entourant deux ressorts adjacents appartenant à la même rangée ou à la même colonne ayant une portion commune.
