Definitions
- the invention relates to a hanger with a hanger body made of plastic, in the middle, upper region of a suspension device is arranged and the two extending on both sides of the suspension hanger arms comprises, which consists of a downwardly open, preferably U-shaped hollow profile with two mutually parallel, mutually parallel walls and a connecting web interconnecting the walls, at least one hook for receiving a suspension loop of a garment being disposed at the free, outer end region of each bail arm.
- suspension usually a metallic hook is attached to hang on a clothes rail at the central region of the hanger body.
- the suspension device may also have a different shape and e.g. be designed as a closed loop. It is also possible to mold a suspension device made of plastic directly in the production of the hanger body in the injection molding of the hanger body.
- German patent application DE 43 17 439 discloses a hanger in which the formation of different hooks in the end region of the two hanger arms on the two mutually parallel walls of the downwardly open U-profile two congruent approaches molded plastic, which after demolding of the bracket from the injection mold brought together and at least partially with each other get connected.
- the manufacturing process of this hanger comprises only one injection molding process.
- a Nachbearbeitungs vide must be provided, in which the two congruent approaches below the hanger body assembled and connected to each other (usually welded).
- the hanger described here has a down out of the contour of the hanger body hook, which can break off in a hurry or improper handling of the bracket.
- the publication DE 32 08 845 A1 describes a hanger of the type mentioned, wherein a recess for hooking the garment is provided. This recess is provided in the edge of the bail arm and extends to the side of the strap back. This solves the problem of avoiding indentations in the garment. In contrast, the trained as a tongue hooking device is still open to the back of the support arms, so that the tongue can accidentally catch and break with a resting on his back garment.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a simple and inexpensive to produce hangers, in which the risk of breaking off the hook in the end region of the hanger arms and the risk of unintentional entanglement is reduced with a textile product.
- hook is formed by a breakthrough exclusively in one of the two opposing walls of the downwardly open hollow profile.
- the bracket according to the invention can be easily manufactured in a single injection molding without any additional processing steps. Due to the breakthrough material requirements is even reduced compared to a bracket without hooks.
- the second wall is formed continuously, ie there is no breakthrough to form a hook provided. In this way, a hanger with a homogeneous appearance.
- the opposing walls of the U-shaped hollow profile, which extend in the suspended state of the hanger substantially perpendicular, are in all Usually formed largely congruent. Since the hook is formed in only one of the two walls, it does not form over the profile of the walls protruding section. Unintentional hooking or breaking off of the hook when handled improperly is almost impossible.
- the hanger according to the invention has a homogeneous appearance, since it does not have over the contour of the bracket arms projecting portions for forming the hook.
- the closed wall When viewing the back of the bracket without breakthrough only the closed wall is visible. While looking at the front of the temple, the breakthrough is visible. However, the observer sees no areas free of plastic material, since the opposite, substantially congruent trained wall of the U-profile is continuous.
- the two opposing walls of the bracket arms are parallel to each other and are preferably substantially in one plane.
- the width of the U-profile forming the hanger body ie the distance between the opposing walls, may be less than 1 cm.
- a flat bracket body is created, which is stackable in large quantities with a small footprint.
- This is an essential feature of the strap according to the invention, as this significantly reduces the transport volume in the transport of the strap to the manufacturing facilities of the textile goods, which are not seldom in countries such as China, Tru or Turkey. Due to the hook formed according to the invention there is no risk that hooked with the removal of a strap from a box with flat superimposed brackets of the hook with an adjacent hook of another hanger. Every break to form a hook is one Wall without breakthrough opposite, so that a meshing of the hook is largely excluded at the temple ends.
- the breakthrough for the formation of the hook is preferably from a free edge of the breakthrough wall.
- a breakthrough emanating from the spine connecting the two opposing walls would require a breakthrough within the spine itself to allow suspension of a suspension loop.
- the breakthrough should start from the inner edge of the wall, i. from the edge of the wall, which faces in the suspended state of the bow of the vertical center line between the two bracket arms. From this edge of the breakthrough to the outside and then down, so that the hook-shaped shape is formed.
- This section secures a hook suspended in the hook against accidental slipping out.
- At the end of this section and thus at the end of the hook is preferably provided a curved and downwardly projecting end portion, which provides additional security against accidental slipping out of a carrier from the hook.
- the in Fig. 1 hanger shown comprises a hanger body 1 and a fixed in the middle, upper portion hook, the Hanging device 2 forms.
- the hanger body 1 is formed symmetrically to its vertical center line and comprises two hanger arms 3,4.
- the hanger body 1 consists continuously of a U-shaped, downwardly open hollow profile with a front wall 5 and a rear wall 6.
- the hanger arms 3,4 extend in the suspended state of the bracket (see. Fig. 1 and 2 ) obliquely downward, wherein the mutually parallel walls (5, 6) in the upper and outer, lateral regions by means of a back of the support arms 3.4 forming connecting web 7 are interconnected.
- each support arm 3,4 In the outer half of the support arms 3,4, a depression in the contour of the support arms and thus in the course of the connecting web 7 is provided in each case, wherein on each support arm 3,4 one of the end portion of the support arm to the hook 2 facing retaining tab 8 is formed which serves to accommodate the wearer of garments, such as nightgowns or dresses.
- the retaining tongue 8 is known from the prior art.
- an opening 9 is provided in the front wall 5 of the hanger at the end region of each support arm.
- the breakthrough proceeds in a first portion 10 from the inner edge of the front wall 5 of the bail arm 3, 4, starting substantially horizontally outwards.
- a second portion 11 of the opening which extends downward, so that from the remaining material of the front wall 5, a hook is formed.
- the hook has an outgoing from the inner edge of the wall 5, projecting into the opening portion 12.
- At this hook portion 12 is followed by a curved end portion 13 of the hook, which projects downwardly within the opening.
- the hook reliably holds a suspension loop introduced into the aperture 9 and avoids unwanted slipping out of the suspension loop. Only by deliberately threading the suspension loop into the channel between the end portion 13 of the hook and the adjacent portion of the front wall 5 can the suspension loop be removed.
- the trained through the opening 9 hook can not get caught with a hook of an adjacent bracket, since it is formed within the contour of the support arms 3, 4 and the opposite rear wall 6 of the bracket has no breakthrough.
- Fig. 4-6 show different alternative embodiments of the end portions of the bail arm 3 according to the invention, in each case in plan view of the front wall. 5
- Fig. 4 shows the simplest training of the hook.
- a first horizontal section 10 'of the opening 9' is recessed, to which a wider vertical section 11 'of the opening 9' adjoins.
- the hook thus formed in the front wall 5 is curved only once and has no projection within the opening 9 ', which is able to retain a suspension loop.
- the hanger according to the invention for the viewer obtains a homogeneous appearance that the viewer behind the opening 9 ', 9'',9''' sees the continuous rear wall 6 of the bracket, which with the front wall. 5 is congruent. Due to the adjacent, continuous, rear wall 5 and an unwanted hooking of the opening formed by the opening 9,9 ', 9'',9'' hook with another bracket or with a textile object is largely avoided.
- Fig. 5 shows a starting from the mouth of the opening 9 '' in the inner edge of the front wall 5, curved hooks.
- the aperture 9 '' is here helical, so that it has a substantially horizontal outwardly leading portion 10 '' and a substantially downwardly directed portion 11 ''.
- the end portion 14 of the hook formed by the aperture 9 is curved and forms a retaining lug for the support of a textile suspension loop.
- Fig. 6 shows an alternative embodiment of the end portion of the bail arm 3, wherein the opening 9 '''in the lower edge at the end of the front wall 5 of the bail arm 3 opens.
- the opening 9 '''in the suspended state of the bracket extends vertically upwards and then curves towards the bow center. This is followed by a vertically downwardly extending part of the opening, which forms the inside of the hook.
- the hook end 15 is curved and thus forms a support for a suspension loop carried by the hook.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a hanger with a hanger body made of plastic, in the middle, upper region of a suspension device is arranged and the two extending on both sides of the suspension hanger arms comprises, which consists of a downwardly open, preferably U-shaped hollow profile with two mutually parallel, mutually parallel walls and a connecting web interconnecting the walls, at least one hook for receiving a suspension loop of a garment being disposed at the free, outer end region of each bail arm.
As a suspension usually a metallic hook is attached to hang on a clothes rail at the central region of the hanger body. Depending on the purpose, the suspension device may also have a different shape and e.g. be designed as a closed loop. It is also possible to mold a suspension device made of plastic directly in the production of the hanger body in the injection molding of the hanger body.
In the hanger described above, there is an additional risk that the hook inadvertently entangled with the textile material of a garment and damage this garment.
Object of the present invention is to provide a simple and inexpensive to produce hangers, in which the risk of breaking off the hook in the end region of the hanger arms and the risk of unintentional entanglement is reduced with a textile product.
This object is achieved in that the hook is formed by a breakthrough exclusively in one of the two opposing walls of the downwardly open hollow profile.
By integrating the hook in a wall of the hollow profile in the end region of the hanger arms, the bracket according to the invention can be easily manufactured in a single injection molding without any additional processing steps. Due to the breakthrough material requirements is even reduced compared to a bracket without hooks. The second wall is formed continuously, ie there is no breakthrough to form a hook provided. In this way, a hanger with a homogeneous appearance. The opposing walls of the U-shaped hollow profile, which extend in the suspended state of the hanger substantially perpendicular, are in all Usually formed largely congruent. Since the hook is formed in only one of the two walls, it does not form over the profile of the walls protruding section. Unintentional hooking or breaking off of the hook when handled improperly is almost impossible. An article such as the suspension loop of a garment must already be deliberately pushed with a portion between the two opposing walls of the U-profile and then inserted into the aperture which forms the hook. It is almost impossible for this to happen involuntarily, since the opposite wall formed near the hook avoids inadvertent penetration of a fabric into the aperture which forms the hook.
In addition, the hanger according to the invention has a homogeneous appearance, since it does not have over the contour of the bracket arms projecting portions for forming the hook. When viewing the back of the bracket without breakthrough only the closed wall is visible. While looking at the front of the temple, the breakthrough is visible. However, the observer sees no areas free of plastic material, since the opposite, substantially congruent trained wall of the U-profile is continuous.
The two opposing walls of the bracket arms are parallel to each other and are preferably substantially in one plane. The width of the U-profile forming the hanger body, ie the distance between the opposing walls, may be less than 1 cm. As a result, a flat bracket body is created, which is stackable in large quantities with a small footprint. This is an essential feature of the strap according to the invention, as this significantly reduces the transport volume in the transport of the strap to the manufacturing facilities of the textile goods, which are not seldom in countries such as China, Poland or Turkey.
The breakthrough for the formation of the hook is preferably from a free edge of the breakthrough wall. A breakthrough emanating from the spine connecting the two opposing walls would require a breakthrough within the spine itself to allow suspension of a suspension loop.
In particular, the breakthrough should start from the inner edge of the wall, i. from the edge of the wall, which faces in the suspended state of the bow of the vertical center line between the two bracket arms. From this edge of the breakthrough to the outside and then down, so that the hook-shaped shape is formed.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the wall with the aperture on a projecting into the opening portion of plastic material, which forms part of the hook. This section secures a hook suspended in the hook against accidental slipping out. At the end of this section and thus at the end of the hook is preferably provided a curved and downwardly projecting end portion, which provides additional security against accidental slipping out of a carrier from the hook.
