Claims (10)
- Elément de polissage de finition pour des verres optiques minéraux ou organiques, prévu pour être monté sur un support tournant, de forme adaptée à celle du verre à polir, comprenant une embase (10) constituée d'un film polymère, d'un tissu ou d'un non tissé, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend à sa surface un flocage comprenant des fibres (12) de viscose et/ou de polyamide fixées sur ladite embase au moyen d'une colle (14), lesdites fibres ayant une longueur comprise entre 0,3 mm et 1,0 mm.
- Elément de polissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fibres (12) ont une longueur de 0,5 mm.
- Elément de polissage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre des fibres (12) est compris entre 5 µm et 25 µm.
- Elément de polissage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre des fibres (12) est compris entre 15 µm et 25 µm.
- Elément de polissage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (10) est réalisée en polychlorure de vinyle dont la masse surfacique est comprise entre 150 g/m2 et 400 g/m2.
- Elément de polissage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la masse surfacique de l'embase est de 300 g/m2.
- Elément de polissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la colle (14) est à base de polychlorure de vinyle et présente une masse surfacique comprise entre 50 et 150 g/m2.
- Elément de polissage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la colle (14) présente une masse surfacique de 130 g/m2.
- Elément de polissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente sous la forme d'un disque de d'épaisseur comprise entre 0,8 et 0,9 mm.
- Elément de polissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente sous la forme d'un disque avec des pétales.
