Abstract

Improvements in the Patent of Invention number 9701387, referring to a new module for radio transmission over optical fibre, consisting of an equipment designed to accept the inlet of two channels in GSM frequencies and other two channels in DCS frequency, performing an electrooptical - conversion of said channels which spread over optical fiber until a receiving end, wherein an opticoelectric conversion is performed, and each channel is amplified until reaching a power higher than 0.5 watts each, the four channels being multiplexed to attack the antenna.
At the reception end, the channel or channels arriving from the antenna independently of the band they come from, are converted to optical frequencies which are spreaded by means of an optical fibre and are converted again to radiofrequency frequencies to be delivered to the Base Station.
