Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Roots-Kompressor mit dreiflügeligen Rootskolben zum Komprimieren von gasförmigem Fördermedium sowie ein Verfahren zur Reduzierung von Quetschverlusten in einem Roots-Kompressor. Um bei derartigen Roots-Kompressoren Drehzahlerhöhungen unter Beibehaltung des Auslöschprinzips durch Interferenz vornehmen zu können, ohne Quetschverluststeigerungen in Kauf nehmen zu müssen, werden erfindungsgemäß die Rootskolben als verwundene Kolben ausgebildet, so dass beim Eintauchen der Kopfpartien in den Taillenbereich aufgrund der Verwindung phasenverschobene Quetschimpulse in axialer Richtung entstehen. Dabei werden der zeitliche Ablauf der Einspeisung von Fördermedium aus der druckseitigen Kammer durch Lage und Ausbildung des Voreinlasses in bezug auf den Kolbendrehwinkel und die phasenverschobenen Quetschimpulse durch Wahl des Grades der Verwindung der Rootskolben derart abgestimmt, dass die von dem in der druckseitigen Kammer auftretenden Unterdruckimpuls erzeugte Druckwelle diejenige Druckwelle auslöscht, die aus der Summe der Quetschimpulse resultiert.The invention relates to a roots compressor three-bladed root flask for compressing gaseous Pumped medium and a method for reducing Crushing losses in a Roots compressor.
