Claims (7)

  1. Method for controlling the operation of motorised closure systems (1, 2, 3) for a building, such as blinds, roller blinds or the like, consisting in :
    connecting said motorised systems (1, 2, 3), through a smart unit (4, 4', 4") associated to them and a first suitable communication network (5), to a central server (6) capable of ensuring the control of their operation ;
    identifying, at the level of this central server (6), the closure system or systems (1, 2, 3) ;
    selecting the varying parameters to be taken into consideration for controlling the operation of each one of them;
    defining the threshold values of these varying parameters ;
    monitoring, at the level of the central server (6), the threshold values of the selected varying parameters with respect to the information contained in a data base (8) likely to be updated periodically ;
    controlling, through the central server (6) and with respect to pre-recorded set control values, the operation of one or several motorised closure systems (1, 2, 3) in the event the corresponding set threshold value is exceeded for either one of the varying parameters ;
    ensuring the updating of the data base (8) of the central server (6), through external data servers (7) to which it is connected by means of a second suitable communication network (9), using, in particular the Internet or another protocol, via a telephone line, radio or the like.
  2. Method for controlling according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the motorised closure systems (1, 2, 3) of several dwellings or buildings are connected to a remote central server (6) through the smart unit (4, 4', 4") each one of these motorised closure systems (1, 2, 3) is provided with and through the first communication network (5), the latter being defined by a smart network (5A) inside a dwelling through which the smart units (4, 4', 4") of each motorised closure system (1, 2, 3) are connected to an external communication network (5B) via a modem or the like, using, in particular, the Internet or an equivalent protocol and ensuring the connection to said remote central server (6).
  3. Method for controlling according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the control of the operation of the motorised closure systems (1, 2, 3) of a dwelling is ensured with respect to one and/or the other of the following varying parameters :
    pluviometry ;
    temperature ;
    degree of solar radiation ;
    wind ;
    pollution ;
    day-night cycles ;
  4. Method for controlling according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one of the external data servers (7) to which the central server (6) is connected for updating its data base (8) is a weather station capable of detecting the weather changes intervening in the area of the dwelling receiving motorised closure systems (1, 2, 3) to be controlled.
  5. Method for controlling according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the threshold values of at least some of the varying parameters capable of being selected and taken into consideration for controlling the operation of motorised closure systems are predefined at the level of the central server (6).
  6. Method for controlling according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that an order transmitted by the central server (6) to the motorised closure systems (1, 2, 3) or to one of them generates a step of checking, by this central server (6), the good execution, this passing via the first communication network (5) and the smart unit or units (4, 4', 4") of this or these motorised closure systems (1, 2, 3).
  7. Method for controlling according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that an anomaly detected at the level of a motorised closure system (1, 2, 3) is retransmitted via its smart unit (4, 4', 4") and the first communication network (5), to the central server (6) defined capable of re-transmitting the information to an external service company, such as remote monitoring company, via the second communication network (9).
