Gattungsgemäße elektromagnetische Stromauslöser gemäß FIG 2
werden zur Erkennung von Überströmen, insbesondere von Kurzschlußströmen,
bei konventionellen elektrischen Schutzschaltern
angewandt, um ein- und mehrpolige elektrische Verbraucher
vor unzulässigen Betriebszuständen zu schützen. Diese
Schutzschalter können Leistungsschalter, Motorschutzschalter
und Leitungsschutzschalter sein. Sie müssen Überströme je
nach geltender Vorschrift innerhalb bestimmter Ansprechgrenzen
abschalten. Zu diesem Zweck sind die Stromauslöser mit
den zu öffnenden Kontakten der Schutzschalter dahingehend gekoppelt,
daß sie diese als Reaktion auf einen Überstrom- bzw.
Kurzschlußstrom öffnen und ggf. offenhalten. Gemäß FIG 2 sind
solche Stromauslöser 1 aus einer Magnetspule 2, einem Spulengestell
3 mit einer Führungsröhre 4, einem beweglichen Anker
5, einem ortsfesten Magnetkern 6, einer Feder 7 und einer
Stromanschlußklemme 8 zusammengesetzt. Das Spulengestell 3
mit der Führungsröhre 4 besteht aus isolierendem Material. Um
das Spulengestell 3 ist die Magnetspule 2 aufgewickelt oder
aufgesteckt. Der in der Führungsröhre 4 beweglich gelagerte
Anker 5 bewegt sich entgegen der Federkraft der Feder 7 als
Reaktion auf einen Überstrom- bzw. Kurzschlußstrom. Hierdurch
wird über entsprechende mechanische Koppelglieder ein Öffnen
der in der Strombahn befindlichen Kontakte erreicht. In die
Führungsröhre 4 des Spulengestells 3 oder in die Anschlußklemme
8, wie in FIG 2 gezeigt, ist ein Magnetkern 6 eingepreßt.
Der Magnetkern 6 ist ein Zusatzteil, das vorzugsweise
im Inneren der Führungsröhre 4 gelagert ist, d.h. zumindest

Der elektromagnetische Stromauslöser 1 gemäß FIG 1 ist aus
einer Magnetspule 2, einem Spulengestell 3 mit einer Führungsröhre
4 aus isolierendem Material, einem beweglichen Anker
5, einem ortsfesten Magnetkern 6, einer Feder 7 und einer
Stromanschlußklemme 8 als wesentlichen Elementen zusammengesetzt.
Die Magnetspule 2 ist um das Spulengestell aufgewikkelt
oder darauf aufgesteckt und Bestandteil der Strombahn
eines zu schützenden Verbrauchers. Der Anker 5 ist beweglich
in der Führungsröhre 4 gelagert und reagiert auf einen Kurzschlußstrom.
Die Bewegung des Ankers 5 bewirkt über entsprechende
mechanische Koppelglieder ein Öffnen von in der Strombahn
befindlichen Kontaktstellen. Dabei bewegt sich der Anker
5 gegen die Kraftwirkung einer ebenfalls in der Führungsröhre
4 gelagerten Feder 7. Um eine steilere Kraftkurve des Stromauslösers
1 zu erhalten, ist in der Führungsröhre 4 des Spulengestells
3 ein ortsfester Magnetkern 6 angeordnet, der zusammen
mit einer Stromanschlußklemme 8 für die Magnetspule 2
als einstückiges Teil gefertigt ist. Dieses Teil ist vorteilhafterweise
