- la figure 1 est une vue schématique, en coupe axiale, d'une tête de distribution conforme à l'invention,
- la figure 2 représente un détail de réalisation de la figure 1,
- la figure 3 est une vue analogue à la figure 2, représentant la buse au moment de la distribution du produit,
- la figure 4 est une coupe axiale représentant la buse isolément, avant son montage sur le corps de la tête de distribution, et
- la figure 5 est une vue de face selon la flèche V de la figure 1 du plot central.
Claims (13)
- Récipient équipé d'une tête de distribution comportant un corps (2) et une buse (7) solidaire dudit corps, cette buse (7) étant pourvue d'un orifice de distribution (22), caractérisé par le fait que l'orifice de distribution (22) est réalisé dans une paroi élastiquement déformable (15) agencée pour se bomber vers l'extérieur sous l'effet de la pression du produit et par le fait que ledit orifice est agencé de telle sorte qu'il soit fermé au repos et puisse s'ouvrir par déformation de ladite paroi sous l'effet de la pression du produit en amont, au moment de la distribution du produit.
- Récipient selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'orifice de distribution (22) est réalisé par perçage de la paroi élastiquement déformable (15), sans enlèvement de matière.
- Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi élastiquement déformable (15) est agencée pour se déformer ailleurs qu'au niveau de l'orifice de distribution sous l'effet de la pression du produit, au moment de la distribution de celui-ci.
- Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite paroi élastiquement déformable est constituée par un disque (15) en élastomère.
- Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le disque (15) est assujetti à sa périphérie à une bague (16) réalisée dans une matière plastique rigide.
- Récipient selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le disque comporte sur sa face intérieure (17) une nervure (18) insérée dans une gorge (21) de forme complémentaire réalisée sur la bague (16).
- Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite paroi élastiquement déformable (15) vient en appui au repos contre la face frontale (11) d'un plot central (9) appartenant au corps de la tête de distribution.
- Récipient selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que des canaux tourbillonnaires (10) sont réalisés sur la face frontale (11) du plot central (9).
- Récipient selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un espace annulaire (27) est ménagé autour du plot central (9).
- Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la buse (7) est fixée dans un logement (6) du corps de la tête de distribution, dont l'ouverture présente un rétrécissement de section.
- Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le corps (2) de la tête de distribution comporte un embout (3) pour le montage sur la tige de commande d'une valve ou d'une pompe.
- Récipient selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe (Y) de l'orifice de distribution (22) est perpendiculaire à l'axe (X) de l'embout (3).
- Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il contient un produit formant en séchant un dépôt solide.
