- les figures 1a et 1b représentent des vues en coupe d'un premier mode de réalisation du distributeur de l'invention, respectivement en position de fermeture et en position d'ouverture ;
- les figures 2a et 2b représentent des vues en coupe d'un second mode de réalisation du distributeur de l'invention, respectivement en position de fermeture et en position d'ouverture ;
- les figures 3a et 3b représentent des vues en coupe d'un troisième mode de réalisation du distributeur de l'invention, respectivement en position de fermeture et d'ouverture.
Claims (15)
- Distributeur de produits liquides visqueux comprenant un bol (1) pourvu à sa partie inférieure d'un orifice d'admission (10) équipé d'un clapet (11) et obturé à sa partie supérieure par un piston (2) rappelé en position haute par un ressort (3), dans lequel le piston et la paroi interne dudit bol délimitent une chambre de dosage (12) comportant une zone annulaire au moins partiellement élastiquement déformable pour engendrer un passage d'évacuation (P) du produit par lequel celui-ci peut être évacué de ladite chambre de dosage lorsqu'une pression est créée dans celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que ledit bol est fixé par son bord supérieur à une collerette de liaison avec le col d'un récipient, en ce que cette collerette (4) est tronconique en étant inclinée vers le centre et présente un bord intérieur formant une butée haute pour ledit piston, ladite collerette (4) forme une coupelle annulaire pouvant retenir une noix ou dose de produit lorsque ledit piston est en butée contre ledit bord intérieur de la collerette.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la face interne de ladite collerette (4) comporte une gorge (40) délimitée, du côté radialement extérieur, par une couronne (41) dans laquelle est engagé et verrouillé le bord supérieur (1a) du bol (1).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord intérieur (4a) de ladite collerette (4) forme une butée haute pour le piston (2) en assurant ainsi sa retenue dans le bol (1).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face externe (2b) du piston (2) est pourvue d'un plot central (5) formant poussoir.
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bol (1) comporte des nervures (13) s'étendant le long de la partie inférieure de sa paroi latérale interne (1b) sur une hauteur suffisante pour permettre l'échappement de l'air à l'amorçage par déformation forcée du piston (2).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face interne (2a) du piston (2) comporte un manchon central (22) assurant à la fois le guidage coaxial du ressort (3) et la butée de fin de course contre le fond (1d) du bol (1).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, le cas échéant, un évent (14) réalisé sous forme d'une découpe (14a) du bord supérieur (1a) du bol (1).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone annulaire élastiquement déformable est réalisée sur le pourtour du piston (2) en étant constituée d'une lèvre souple (21) dont l'extrémité libre est en position de fermeture, en appui étanche contre la paroi latérale interne (1b) du bol (1).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la face externe (2b) du piston (2) est pourvue, à la jonction avec ladite lèvre (21), d'éléments raidisseurs (24).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1à 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone annulaire élastiquement déformable est située sur la paroi latérale (1b) du bol (1) en étant constituée d'amincissements périphériques (15) susceptibles d'être déformés élastiquement par le bord rigide du piston (2).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le bord rigide du piston (2) comporte un flanc latéral (20) pourvu d'une saillie (20a) destinée à venir en appui déformant contre la paroi latérale (1b) déformable du bol (1).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone élastiquement déformable est située sur la paroi latérale (1b) du bol (1) et est constituée d'une partie périphérique réalisée avec une matière élastomère souple éventuellement différente de la matière rigide constituant les autres parties du bol (1).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone annulaire élastiquement déformable est constituée d'une lèvre souple (26) portée, d'une part, par l'extrémité inférieure d'un cylindre central (28) solidaire du piston (2) et faisant saillie à l'intérieur de la chambre de dosage (12) et coopérant, d'autre part, avec un élément périphérique de raclage (6) fixé sur la face interne (2a) du piston (2).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le passage d'évacuation (P) du produit est constitué, à partir de la lèvre (26) de l'enceinte (12a) délimité autour du cylindre central (28) par ledit élément de raclage (6), d'une part, et la lèvre (26), d'autre part, puis par un réseau de conduits verticaux (27) ménagés sur le pourtour dudit cylindre (28) et communiquant, à leur extrémité inférieure avec ladite enceinte (12a) et à leur extrémité supérieure avec un réseau de conduits transversaux (29) débouchant à l'extérieur.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce ladite lèvre (26) est inclinée par rapport à son axe (X) et s'appuie en position de fermeture sur le bord radialement intérieur (6a) de l'élément de raclage (6).
