Claims (15)
- Mécanisme de poussoir pour activer une fonction mécanique ou électrique comprenant un premier et un deuxième éléments (10, 20) mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre dans des plans parallèles à un support plan (2) pour former un moyen de rappel et produire un déclic sous l'action d'une force
F exercée au moyen du poussoir (4), caractérisé en ce que le premier élément (10) est formé par une bascule (11) pivotée à l'une de ses extrémités sur un tenon (12) solidaire du support plan (2), ladite bascule (11) comportant deux autres axes (14, 16) disposés en triangle par rapport au tenon (12), et le deuxième élément (20) de forme générale allongée comprend une découpe (21) sensiblement en U délimitant une base (22) reliant un premier et un deuxième bras (28, 32), ladite base (22) comprenant un moyen de guidage (23) destiné à coulisser le long d'une rampe de guidage (3) solidaire de la platine (2) et au moins un moyen de commande (24) d'une fonction à activer (5, 6), le premier bras (28) dudit deuxième élément (20) étant rigide et ayant son extrémité libre (29) montée à rotation sur un premier axe (14) de la bascule (11) et le deuxième bras (32) étant flexible en ayant à son extrémité libre (33) une encoche (34) contre laquelle prend appui le deuxième axe (16) de la bascule (11) en position de repos, ladite encoche (34) étant prolongée par un bec (36) ayant un bord externe (38) orienté à l'extérieur de la découpe (21) en U, et contre laquelle vient glisser le deuxième axe (16) de la bascule (11) lorsqu'une forceF est exercée sur le bras rigide (28) par l'intermédiaire du poussoir (4) en comprimant le bras flexible (32) et en produisant un déclic par passage d'une position à l'autre. - Mécanisme selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'inclinaison du bord extérieur du bec (36) permet de faire varier la force
F devant être appliquée sur le bras rigide (28) dudit mécanisme. - Mécanisme selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il comporte en outre un moyen de réglage (40) de la force
F devant être appliquée sur le bouton-poussoir (4), ledit moyen de réglage (40) étant disposé entre des bords parallèles de l'encoche (21) de façon à modifier le point de flexion du bas flexible (32) ou son écartement initial par rapport au bras rigide (28). - Mécanisme selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de réglage (40) est formé par une goupille (41) à corps cylindrique pouvant occuper plusieurs positions entre des encoches en regard (28a, 32a) ménagées dans les bords parallèles du bras rigide (28) et du bras flexible (32).
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les encoches (28a, 32a) de positionnement de la goupille (41) sont disposées et espacées de telle sorte qu'on obtienne d'une position à la suivante une variation d'environ 10% dans la force
F devant être appliquée par l'intermédiaire du poussoir (4). - Mécanisme selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de réglage est formé par une goupille (45) à corps ovale cannelé disposée entre deux encoches en regard cannelées ménagées dans les bords du bras rigide (28) et du bras flexible (32) pour agir comme excentrique.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 4 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la goupille (41, 45) est maintenue dans une position déterminée entre les deux bords en regard des bras rigide (28) et flexible (32) par soudure.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de guidage (23) est formé par un tenon (25) chassé dans la base (22) du deuxième élément (20).
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le tenon (25) constitue également un moyen de commande (24) d'une fonction électrique ou mécanique.
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen de commande (24) est formé par la base (22) elle-même, ou par une extension de celle-ci en forme de bras (27).
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la rampe de guidage (3) est formé par un trou oblongue (8) dans la platine ou dans un élément solidaire de celle-ci pour permettre de limiter le débattement du mécanisme entre deux positions extrêmes.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une seule pression exercée sur le poussoir permet de faire avancer d'un pas une roue crantée.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les premier et deuxième éléments (10, 20) sont découpés dans une plaque, la bascule (10) ayant une forme sensiblement triangulaire et l'élément découpé ayant un bras large (28) rigide et un bras étroit (32) flexible.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la plaque dans laquelle sont découpés les deux éléments (10, 20) est en métal ou en alliage métallique.
- Montre-chronographe comprenant deux mécanismes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, lesdits mécanismes étant disposés dos à dos de part et d'autre de la tige de remontoir et permettant respectivement de commander la fonction start/stop et la fonction remise à zéro d'un chronographe.
