Claims (10)
- Véhicule automobile (V) équipé d'une unité centrale de commande (1) pour commander les moyens électriques de verrouillage/déverrouillage des ouvrants (3) du véhicule, et d'au moins un organe extérieur d'actionnement (4, 5) sur le véhicule pour envoyer à l'unité centrale un signal en réponse à chaque action de l'utilisateur sur ledit organe extérieur et équipé d'un moyen d'identification relié à l'unité centrale (1) et apte à échanger à distance des données avec un identifiant destiné à être porté par un utilisateur, pour autoriser l'accès au véhicule quand l'identifiant a été authentifié par le moyen d'identification, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité centrale (1) comporte en mémoire au moins une séquence prédéterminée d'actions sur ledit organe extérieur (4, 5), pour déclencher l'émission par ladite unité centrale, d'un signal de commande de verrouillage ou de déverrouillage aux moyens électriques précités, ladite séquence d'action correspondant à un code de verrouillage ou de déverrouillage que l'utilisateur connaít, ledit organe extérieur constituant un moyen électronique de secours pour l'accès au véhicule, en cas de panne ou de perte de l'identifiant autorisé.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'un organe extérieur d'actionnement est constitué par une poignée extérieure (4) de portière (3) apte à être déplacée par poussée et/ou traction de l'utilisateur, pour actionner un contacteur de butée relié à l'unité centrale (1).
- Véhicule selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'un organe extérieur d'actionnement est constitué par un bouton extérieur (5) sur une portière (3) ou à proximité de celle-ci, apte à être actionné par un appui de l'utilisateur, pour fermer ou ouvrir un interrupteur relié à l'unité centrale (1).
- Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la séquence d'actions mémorisée est une combinaison d'actions longues et courtes sur au moins un organe extérieur.
- Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que, pour un code à plusieurs chiffres, chaque chiffre du code correspond au nombre d'actions à effectuer sur l'organe extérieur (4, 5), l'entrée de chaque chiffre du code étant séparée par une action différente sur ledit organe extérieur (4, 5).
- Véhicule selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque chiffre du code correspond au nombre d'actions à effectuer sur un bouton extérieur (5), l'entrée de chaque chiffre du code étant validée par une traction sur une poignée extérieure (4) de portière (3).
- Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est équipé d'un élément signalisateur visuel (2), visible de l'extérieur du véhicule, apte à être activé par l'unité centrale (1) pour signaler à l'utilisateur chaque action correcte sur l'organe extérieur et\ou chaque entrée correcte d'un chiffre du code.
- Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est équipé d'un élément signalisateur visuel (2), visible de l'extérieur du véhicule, de façon que, pour un code à plusieurs chiffres, une action sur l'organe extérieur (4, 5) déclenche par l'unité centrale (1) le clignotement périodique dudit élément signalisateur visuel, chaque chiffre du code correspondant au nombre de clignotements dudit élément signalisateur visuel, l'entrée de chaque chiffre du code étant déclenchée par une action sur l'organe extérieur, lorsque le nombre de clignotements correspondant est atteint.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément signalisateur visuel (2) est constitué d'une diode électroluminescente disposée à l'avant de l'habitacle (H) du véhicule.
- Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que, si une séquence d'actions sur l'organe extérieur (4, 5) ne correspond pas au code autorisé, l'unité centrale (1) n'autorise un nouvel essai qu'après une durée prédéterminée qui augmente en fonction du nombre d'essais ratés.
