Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Beseitigen von Bindestoff aus Metallpulvern und dergleichen. Hierbei wird von der Tatsache Gebrauch gemacht, dass das aus einem Sinterofen während eines Entwachsungsvorgangs austretende und über ein Rohr abgesaugte Gas einen Temperaturverlauf aufweist, welcher einen Hinweis auf den Stand der Entwachsung gibt. Beim Maximalgrad des Entwachsens, d. h. wenn das in gasförmiger Form aus einer Sintermasse austretende Wachs ein Maximum erreicht, ist auch die Temperatur im Absaugrohr am höchsten. Ist dieses Maximum erfasst, kann man durch Extrapolation auf die Beendigung des Entwachsungsvorgangs schließen. Steht das Ende dieses Vorgangs fest, muss der Vorgang des Entwachsens nicht länger als nötig durchgeführt werden. Man kann somit früher als bisher üblich mit dem eigentlichen Sintervorgang beginnen.The invention relates to a device and a method for removing binding material from metal powders and the like.
