The heel cheek and the toe cheek, which in themselves are not necessarily in view to a significantly excessive standing height and longitudinal mobility of the heel cheek must be designed, are mounted on the ski using the binding plates, that the desired significantly increased standing height and the mobility of the heel cheek are given, which prevents inappropriate stiffening of the ski. It can handle practically any heel-to-toe jaw combination, even the cheapest, be inexpensively retrofitted or modified for sophisticated driving demands. According to claim 10, an unintentional pulling out of the support insert or avoided the guide rail from the binding plate for the heel shoe. thanks Appropriate clearance spaces will result in undesirable ski stiffening during ski deflections locked out.
The front and heel cheeks are particularly useful according to claim 11 Commercially available and inexpensive binding parts that can be installed directly on the top of the ski are determined, but according to the invention the advantage of the stand-increasing Use binding plates and the coupling element.
To trigger the release of the ski binding parts as desired to leave, should be provided according to claim 12 sliding plates on the binding plates be either molded in one piece or additionally used.

On an alpine ski S a ski binding B is mounted in FIGS. 1 and 3, which in itself two additional functions for skiers fulfilled for the safety-triggering definition of a ski boot, not shown. On the one hand the ski boot is in ski binding B with a significantly increased standing height above the top of the ski (the distance between the bottom of the ski and the bottom of the ski boot can be up to 5 or 7 cm), for example when carving undesirable collisions of the ski boot with the To avoid snow, and to control the foot or leg of the skier to bring to the ski edges with significantly enlarged lever arms. On the other hand in the ski binding area an undesirable stiffening of the Ski S with positive and negative ski deflections avoided.
fest montiert.The ski binding B has a toe V and a heel F, which

On the rear binding plate P2, which is similar to the binding plate

protrude above or even be sunk further relative to the surface 10
as shown. The binding plate P2 is with its
In Fig. 3 (and Fig. 4) the binding plate P2 is the same width as the ski S. The binding plates P1, P2 could, however, also be narrower and / or diverging upwards or be designed to be convergent.

In the embodiment of FIGS. 2 and 4, the binding plate is P1 and the mountability of the toe V on this binding plate P1 as in Fig. 1, and therefore Not shown. In contrast to the embodiment in FIGS. 1 and 3, in FIG. 2 and 4 the support insert T shown in FIG. 1 is omitted, and instead the heel shoe F with its guide rail 8 'directly in the longitudinal guide track B of the rear binding plate P2 mounted in such a way that the guide rail 8 'is longitudinally displaceable in the rear binding plate P2 is guided and in the relaxed shown in Fig. 2 Position of the ski S has a longitudinal movement play back and forth, with the least the relative movements of the heel cheek F at maximum positive and negative ski deflections are possible relative to the rear binding plate P2, without the guide rail 8 'being intercepted at the end stops 24. The Guide rail 8 'of the heel shoe F (see also FIG. 6) has a multiple function, because on the one hand they adjust the thrust of the heel cheek in a relatively small Setting range X allows, but also the setting of the position of the Heel cheeks in a longitudinal adjustment range Y to the respective Ski boot size allows and directly for the guidance of the heel cheek F in the Longitudinal guideway B ensures. The coupling element K is only at a single point of attack connected to the guide rail 8 '. Adaptations to different ski boot sizes take place, as mentioned, within the extended setting range Y the guide rail, which is significantly longer than the standard version 8th'. Latching means 21 are provided for these settings.
In FIG. 5 there are several mounting

The binding plates P1, P2 could be made of different materials or combinations of materials exist, e.g. made of plastic, wood or metal, in particular Light metal. Since the coupling element K only pulls when skiing it only needs to be tensile while it is in the direction of pressure could be compliant. It is a band-like structure not absolutely necessary, it might as well be a rail or one Trade cables or a pair of cables (Bowden cable), similar to the brake cables on one Bicycle, and even easily adjustable in length.

Bindungsmonteur unterschiedliche
Standhöhen wählen oder die Standhöhe verändern kann.1 and 2 is a movement space inside the rear binding plate P2
