Abstract
L'invention porte sur un système de pompe d'assistance cardiaque comportant une canule présentant une extrémité distale, une soupape d'admission associée à la canule, une soupape de sortie associée à la canule, et une protubérance dilatable telle qu'un ballonnet gonflable disposé à l'extrémité distale de la canule. En variante l'invention porte sur un système de pompe d'assistance cardiaque comportant une canule présentant une extrémité distale, une soupape d'admission et une soupape de sortie et un guide présentant une extrémité distale servant à guider la canule et comprenant une protubérance dilatable telle qu'un ballonnet gonflable disposé à l'extrémité distale du guide. En autre variante ou additionnellement, la pompe peut servir à aspirer du sang directement dans une oreillette telle que l'oreillette droite ou dans une veine associée à l'oreillette telle que la veine cave pour le faire passer dans une artère, associée au même côté du coeur que l'oreillette, telle que l'artère pulmonaire.
