Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Antrieb für ein in Walzrichtung hin- und herbewegbares Walzgerüst mit verjüngend kalibrierten drehbar gelagerten zwangsangetriebenen Walzen, die zum Kaltwalzen eines Rohres mit wechselndem Drehsinn über dem rohrförmigen Walzgut abrollen. Hierbei erfolgt die Kraftübertragung zur Hin- und Herbewegung des Walzgerüstes (3) unmittelbar über mindestens einen am Walzgerüst (3) angreifenden Linearantrieb (4,5,6).
