- the present invention relates to a shoe press for paper/board machines, comprising a press shoe and a counter roll, which between themselves form an extended nip for a paper or cardboard web and for a circulated flexible belt, at least one hydraulic loading cylinder with a working chamber supplied with hydraulic fluid and adapted to press the press shoe against the counter roll, and a hydraulic fluid chamber supplied with hydraulic fluid and positioned between the side of the press shoe facing the loading cylinder and the opposing side of the loading cylinder.
- DE-195 15 832 discloses a shoe press in which the supplying of the pressure chamber with hydraulic fluid is carried out via a throttle extended from the working chamber and arranged in the piston of the loading cylinder.
- a drawback of this known arrangement is that the ratio of the pressure in the working chamber to the pressure in the hydraulic fluid chamber is already locked at the construction stage.
- the object of the invention is to eliminate this drawback.
- hydraulic fluid thus is supplied separately to the working chamber of the loading cylinder and to the hydraulic fluid chambers, whereby the pressure conditions of the working chamber and the hydraulic fluid chamber can be monitored and controlled separately, which ensures that the shoe is always able to move in relation to the loading cylinder, thereby eliminating the risk of the thermal expansion and motions of the shoe being transferred to lateral forces between piston and cylinder wall.

Claims (11)
- Presse à sabot pour des machines à papier ou à carton, comportant un sabot de presse (300; 400) et un contre-rouleau (312), qui forment entre eux un pincement étendu (N) pour une bande de papier ou de carton (w) et pour une bande flexible en circulation (311), au moins un cylindre de chargement hydraulique (310, 410) avec une chambre de travail (325; 425) alimentée avec du fluide hydraulique et prévu pour presser le sabot de presse (300; 400) contre le contre-rouleau (312), et une chambre de fluide hydraulique (301) entre le côté du sabot de presse (300; 400) face au cylindre de chargement (310, 410) et le côté opposé du cylindre de chargement (310, 410), caractérisée en ce que la chambre de travail (325; 425) et la chambre de fluide hydraulique (301) ne communiquent pas l'une avec l'autre et sont prévues pour une alimentation de fluide hydraulique indépendamment l'une de l'autre.
- Presse à sabot selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par une conduite (302; 402) formée dans le sabot de presse (300; 400) et prévue pour alimenter la chambre de fluide hydraulique (301) avec du fluide hydraulique.
- Presse à sabot selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par un tuyau (303; 403) fixé sur un bord latéral longitudinal du sabot de presse (300; 400) et communiquant avec ladite conduite (302; 402) par l'intermédiaire d'un trou (308; 408) formé dans la paroi de tuyau.
- Presse à sabot selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le trou (308; 408) forme un étranglement.
- Presse à sabot selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la conduite (402) s'ouvre dans la chambre de fluide hydraulique (301) par l'intermédiaire d'un étranglement (402A).
- Presse à sabot selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un compartiment hydrostatique (401) est formé dans la surface du sabot de presse face au contre-rouleau, et en ce que ladite conduite (402) possède un embranchement (402') vers le compartiment hydrostatique (401).
- Presse à sabot selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la section de la chambre de fluide hydraulique (301) est plus grande que celle de 1a chambre de travail (425).
- Presse à sabot selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la section de la chambre de fluide hydraulique (301) est plus petite que celle de la chambre de travail (325).
- Presse à sabot selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le tuyau (303; 403) est fixé de manière démontable sur le sabot de presse (300; 400).
- Presse à sabot selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le tuyau (303; 403) est fixé sur le sabot de presse (300; 400) au moyen de vis (305; 405) et de trous de vis (305'; 405') formés dans le sabot de presse (300; 400).
- Presse à sabot selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le tuyau (303; 403) est fabriqué en aluminium par extrusion.
