Abstract

Cette invention a trait à un bâtiment à coque flottante (1) possédant des locaux (2), destinés à abriter un restaurant, un hôtel, ou bien conçus à d'autres fins touristiques. La coque (1) de ce bâtiment lui permet de naviguer. Les éléments se trouvant au-dessus (4) de la ligne de flottaison (3) sont du type navire, bateau de croisière de catégorie luxe, notamment. La partie inférieure (5) du bâtiment, sous la ligne de flottaison, est plate et du type barge. Ce bâtiment à coque flottante peut se déplacer sur l'eau pendant une période souhaitée vers les sites où il existe une demande saisonnière réclamant de tels services.
