Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Reinigung des Abgases einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einer Abgasleitung und einem darin angeordneten Partikelfilter (5a) zum Filtern von im Abgas enthaltenen Partikeln. Zur wenigstens teilweisen Beseitigung der Partikel ist eine Ozonquelle (7) vorgesehen, die Ozon an das Abgas in der Abgasleitung an einer Abgabestelle (8) abgibt, bevor das Abgas zum Partikelfilter gelangt, wodurch ein verbesserter Abbrand der Partikelteilchen bewirkt wird. The invention relates to a device for cleaning the exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine, having an exhaust gas line and a particle filter (5a) arranged therein for filtering particles contained in the exhaust gas. For the at least partial removal of the particles, an ozone source (7) is provided, which releases ozone to the exhaust gas in the exhaust gas line at a delivery point (8) before the exhaust gas reaches the particle filter, whereby an improved combustion of the particle particles is brought about.
