Claims (6)
- Außentürelement mit zu beiden Seiten desselben angeordneten Decksehichten und mit einem zwischen den Deckschichten eingespritzten oder eingelegten Isolierkern aus Polyurethan sowie einen den Randbereich des Türelements bildenden Rahmen aus Massiv- und/oder Leimholz (Fasernholz) bzw. Kunststoff und eine den Isolierkern als Rahmen umfassende oder die beiden Längsseiten des Isolierkerns begrenzende stabförmige Einlage, insbesondere aus einem Eisenwerkstoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in oder an den beiden Deckschichten (7) größen- und flächengleich eine ebene plattenförmige metallische Schicht (10) parallel angeordnet ist und in den vertikalen (2') und horizontalen (3') Abschnitten des Rahmens (2, 3) über die Länge und Breite derselben sich erstreckende streifenför-mige metallische Abschnitte (11', 11'') ausgebildet sind, die gemeinsam miteinander den Isolierkern (4) unmittelbar oder im Abstand ummanteln und daß die metallischen Schichten (10) und die metallischen Abschnitte (11', 11'') Stabilisatoren und Dampfsperren für das Türelement (1) bilden.
- Außentürelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die metallischen Schichten (10) sowie die streifenförmigen metallischen Abschnitte (11', 11'') aus einem Aluminium-Werkstoff gebildet sind und eine Materialdicke von im wesentlichen 0,20 mm bis 0,50 mm aufweisen.
- Außentürelement nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die metallischen Schichten (10) und die metallischen Abschnitte (11', 11'') durch Adhäsion mit den Deckschichten (7) bzw. den vertikalen und horizontalen Rahmenabschnitten (2', 3') fest verbunden sind.
- Außentürelement nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Deckschichten (7) auf den dem Isolierkern (4) zugewandten Seiten plattenförmige Schichtholzauflagen (9) od.dgl. fest aufweisen und daß in den Deckschichten (7) oder den Schichtholzauflagen (9) bzw. in den Verbindungsebenen von Deckschichten (7) und Schichtholzauflagen (9) die metallischen Schichten (10) angeordnet sind.
- Außentürelement nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Ummantelung für den Isolierkern (4) bildenden streifenförmigen metallischen Abschnitte (11', 11'') in oder an das Massivholz und/oder in oder an das Leimholz der vertikalen und horizontalen Abschnitte (2', 3') des Rahmens (2, 3) bzw. den gemeinsamen Verbindungsebenen von Massiv- und Leimholz oder unmittelbar auf den Isolierkern (4) aufliegend, angeordnet sind.
- Außentürelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckschichten (7) oder die vertikalen und horizontalen Abschnitte (2', 3') des Rahmens (2, 3) metallische Einlagen (10, bzw. 11', 11'') als Stabilisatoren und Dampfsperren für das Türelement (1) aufweisen.
