Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Kontaktanordnung, umfassend einen Kontaktträger und ein mit diesem verbundenes Kontaktstück, als Hubleiter oder Festleiter für eine Vakuumschaltröhre, wobei der Kontaktträger aus Kupfer und das Kontaktstück aus einem abbrandfesten elektrisch leitfähigen Material, enthaltend Kupfer und mindestens eine Metallkomponente mit einem Schmelzpunkt oberhalb 1400°C besteht, wobei für das Kontaktstück ein Rohling aus einer gesinterten Metallmatrix, deren Schmelzpunkt oberhalb 1400°C liegt, verwendet wird, und dieser Rohling in eine der kompletten Form der Kontaktanordnung aus Kontaktstück und Kontaktträger, wie einem Hubleiter oder Festleiter entsprechende Gießform eingebracht wird, dann die Gießform mit Kupferpulver aufgefüllt wird und im Vakuum auf die Schmelztemperatur des Kupferpulvers erhitzt wird, wobei ein Teil des schmelzflüssigen Kupfers in den Rohling infiltriert und der verbleibende Teil des schmelzflüssigen Kupfers den Kontaktträger der Kontaktanordnung, wie eines Hubleiters oder Festleiters ausbildet, und die so gebildete einstückige Kontaktanordnung beispielsweise in der Gestalt eines Hubleiters oder Festleiters nach dem Abkühlen und Erstarren aus der Gießform entnommen wird.
