Durch eine geradlinige Relativbewegung senkrecht zu der Falzumfangsfläche lassen sich erfindungsgemäß die beiden Stulpschienen miteinander,verbinden. Claims (10)
- Window or door fitting including at least two U-rails (1, 2), which are disposable on a circumferential face (4) of a rebate of a window (5) or door casement and at longitudinal ends are adjacent each other and interconnected, wherein a connecting piece (6), which overlaps the second U-rail (2) in its longitudinal direction, is provided at the longitudinal end of the first U-rail (1), characterised in that at the connecting piece (6) of the first U-rail (1) and at the region of the second U-rail (2) that overlaps the connecting piece (6), there is provided on the one side at least one connecting projection (11,11; 111, 111) that protrudes perpendicularly to the circumferential face (4) of the rebate and, on the other side, at least one connecting receiving means (16) that is penetrated by the connecting projection (11, 11; 111, 111) when the U-rails (1, 2) are in the position of use, wherein the connecting projection (11, 11; 111, 111) is resiliently deformable at least in a part region parallel to the circumferential face (4) of the rebate and, in the non-deformed state, is oversized relative to the connecting receiving means (16), and wherein the connecting projection (11, 11; 111, 111) with corresponding resilient deformation is introducible into the connecting receiving means (16) perpendicularly relative to the circumferential face (4) of the rebate.
- Window or door fitting according to claim 1, characterised in that the connecting piece (6) of the first U-rail (1) is disposed on the side of the second U-rail (2) that faces the window (5) or the door casement and is offset approximately by the thickness of the region of the second U-rail (2) overlapping it perpendicularly to the circumferential face (4) of the rebate relative to the window (5) or door casement.
- Window or door fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connecting projection (11, 11; 111, 111) is mounted on the connecting piece (6) of the first U-rail (1) or on the second U-rail (2) so as to float parallel to the circumferential face (4) of the rebate.
- Window or door fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connecting projection (11, 11; 111, 111) includes at least one guide face (13), on which the edge of the connecting receiving means (16), when the connecting projection (11, 11; 111, 111) is introduced into the connecting receiving means (16), is supportable parallel to the circumferential face (4) of the rebate.
- Window or door fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connecting projection (111, 111), with the U-rails (1, 2) in the position of use, is supported on the second U-rail (2) or on the connecting piece (6) of the first U-rail (1) so as to be resiliently clamping parallel to the circumferential face (4) of the rebate.
- Window or door fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connecting projection (11,11)- when mounted on the connecting piece (6) - engages the second U-rail (2) on its side remote from the connecting piece (6) in a positive manner or - when mounted on the second U-rail (2) - engages the connecting piece (6) on its side remote from the second U-rail (2) in a positive manner parallel to the rebate circumferential face (4).
- Window or door fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connecting projection (11, 11; 111, 111) is formed by at least two spring arms of a spring clip (9, 109) that is retained at the connecting piece (6) of the first U-rail (1) or at the second U-rail (2), wherein the spring arms are displaceable one relative to the other parallel to the circumferential face (4) of the rebate against the effect of a resilient restoring force.
- Window or door fitting according to claim 7, characterised in that the spring arms are provided on a base (10) of the spring clip (9, 109), the said base being substantival C-shaped in cross-section, and are retained by means of the base (10) of the spring clip (9, 10) on the connecting piece (6) of the first U-rail (1) or on the second U-rail (2), wherein the base (10) of the spring clip (9, 109) surrounds the connecting piece (6) of the first U-rail (1) or the second U-rail (2) and the spring arms protrude from the base (10) of the spring clip (9,109) perpendicularly relative to the circumferential face (4) of the rebate.
- Window or door fitting according to claim 8, characterised in that the spring clip (9,109) with the spring arms is guided by means of the C-shaped base (10) on the connecting piece (6) of the first U-rail (1) or on the second U-rail (2) so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the U-rail.
- Window or door fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that stop members (8, 15) for the displaceably guided spring clip (9,109) that are operational in the longitudinal direction of the U-rails are provided on the connecting piece (6) of the first U-rail (1) or on the second U-rail (2).
