Best Mode for carrying Out the Invention
Fig. 1 is a prospective view illustrating a cubic frame type block A according to the present invention. As shown in Fig. 1, a cubic frame type block A is divided into a cubic type or a frame type. In the cubic frame type block A, there are formed a vertical direction forming part 1 in its side, horizontal direction forming parts 2 and 3 in the top and bottom sides of the vertical direction forming part 1, a cylindric hollow 4, a round shape lateral central hole 5 in the center of its outer side, and a triangle pyramid type reinforcement projecting part 6 in the top and bottom parts of its inner side. In such as a cubic frame type block A, even though the top and bottom parts are not determined, based on the drawings shown, a side extended up and down can be given as the vertical direction forming part 1, other side extended before, behind, right and left directions as horizontal direction forming parts 2 and 3.
Also, since there are provided in the cubic frame type block A the cylindric hollow 4 and the lateral central hole 5, it is possible to add the degree of strength to compression force with respect to force from outside. Therefore, in the cubic frame type block A of the present invention, there is no rapid change like an acute angle and it is possible to reduce a tired crack because stress flows well, so that the final degree of strength of the cubic frame type block can be increased.
Further, since the cubic frame type block A of the present invention has a wide triangle shape side in its each edge and it can also secure a contact part when connecting the same type, the cubic frame type block A can definitely perform connection.
Fig. 2 is a prospective view illustrating a cross type block according to the present invention. As shown in Fig.
2, in the cross type block B, a support groove 7 is arranged in edges of the top and bottom sides, and the before, behind, right, and left part 8 and the upper and lower part 9 are cross formed to each other.
With reference to Figs. 3 to 5, there will be explained an apparatus for manufacturing the cubic frame type block A. A frame unit D includes an outer frame 10 forming outside, an inner frame 20 forming inside, a cylindric middle member 21, and an open part 11 in the top and bottom sides thereof.
The outer frame 10 has a forming part 12, 13, 14, and 15 forming the before, behind, right, and left parts to be attachable or detachable in the direction. Between the part 12, 13, 14, and 15 and the top and bottom parts of the inner frame 20, a connecting unit 16 is attachably coupled therewith. Also, on the parts 12, 13, 14, and 15 is formed a central hole 17 with which the cylindric middle member 21 is coupled.
There will be explained hereinafter the method for manufacturing the cubic frame type block A by means of the frame unit D.
First of all, the method for assembling the frame unit D is to stand up the cylindric inner frame 20 and the forming part 12, 13, 14, and 15, to couple the connecting unit 16 disposed between the inner frame 20 and the forming part 12, 13, 14, and 15, and to fixedly secure the cylindric middle member 21 in the central hole 17 of the forming part .
Thereafter, the method is to charge concrete C between the inner frame 20 and the outer frame 10, adding vibration to the outer frame 10. At this time, bubble included in the concrete C is ejected through the open part 11 positioned between the inner frame 20 and the outer frame 10.
After the frame unit D becomes solid in the inside of a chamber, the method is to extract the cylindric middle member 21, to separate the inner frame 20 coupled between the connecting unit 16 and the forming part 12, 13, 14, and 15, and to extract the inner frame 20 and the cubic frame type block manufactured. Through such as a method, it is possible to manufacture the cubic frame type block by means of the frame unit D.
On the other hand, plastics, except the concrete C, can be used as material of the cubic frame type block A and it is possible to increase the degree of strength of the cubic frame type block by adding the reinforcing rod thereto .
Further, it is possible to utilize a ceiling side forming unit in order to form an upper side of the cubic frame type block A between in the inner frame 20 and the outer frame 10, so that there is provided an efficiency in that there is not needed any treatment after forming the block.
Hereinafter, there will be explained a method for using the cubic frame type block A.
Fig. 6a is a cross-sectional view illustrating a paved road constructed in a soft ground by using the cubic frame type block as an artificial base construction material according to the present invention. Fig. 6b is a prospective view illustrating an assembly state of the cubic frame type block and the cross type block according to the present invention. As shown in Figs. 6a and 6b, in accordance with the method, a stable seat 30 for soil water is spread over the soft ground G and a base concrete 31 is charged with the stable seat 30 so that the cubic frame type block on the base concrete 31 can be inserted into the support groove 7 of the cross type block B by the same thickness as edge of the cubic frame type block. Also, the cubic frame type block A is laid by a predetermined height and a top plate concrete 32 is thus charged with its uppermost side. Then, soil 33 is laid between the top plate concrete 32 and the side top part of the laid cubic frame type block A to thereby form an upper plate 34 in the top of the soil 33.
As known through the above explanation, it is possible to use the cubic frame type block A as the artificial base construction material, in view of the facts that the block A has a good drain capability, that its weight is so light, and that it can secure the degree of strength needed.
Thereby, it is also possible to perform the paved road with simple method and much cheaper expenses.
Further, the top plate concrete 32 can definitely secure the upper plate 34. The method for laying the cubic frame type block A is shown in Fig. 6a, however, the cross type block B can be implemented by laying only the cubic frame type block A, without using the cross type block B depending upon the situation of the construction area.
As shown in Figs. 7 and 8a, when laying the cubic frame type block A in a multi-layer way, a net 36 is rearranged around the lateral central hole 5 along the top side of a plurality of the arranged cubic frame type block A. As shown in Fig. 8b, on the net is spread resin 37. As shown in Fig. 8c, the cubic frame type block A on the resin
37 can be rearranged and bonded.
Accordingly, the cubic frame type block A of the top and bottom sides can adhere to the net 36 by the resin 37 and the block can be thus prevented from being broken away, so that the degree of strength of the construction is reinforced.
Further, since the cubic frame type block A can be rapidly laid, it is possible to reduce the cost of its construction.
Furthermore, when the cubic frame type block A is constructed, each hollow 4 in the before, behind, right, and left directions is connected to each other to make a horizontal chimney path 40. Also, when the cubic frame type block A is laid in the top direction to form a vertical chimney path 41. Thus, it is possible to make an overflow such as rainwater and dirty water by mounting a pipe in the horizontal and vertical chimneys 40 and 41. Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the base reservoir constructed by using the cubic frame type block as an internal charge material according to the present invention. As shown in Fig. 9, the cubic frame type block A is mounted in the middle of the reservoir 42 and a floating layer 43 is formed on the cubic frame type block.
Thereafter, an upper layer 44 is made over the floating layer .
Further, a drain-pipe 45 is mounted in the horizontal chimney 40 made by the heat of the cubic frame type block A and through the drain-pipe 45 the water in the reservoir 42 can be pumped out. In Fig. 9, a reference 46 indicates rubble .
Thereby, it is possible to use the upper layer 44 as multipurpose such as a playground, a park, and a gulf field by constructing the base reservoir inside of the existing reservoir and a new one under use of the cubic frame type block as charging material .
Further, the cubic frame type block is laid in the bottom sides of the playground, park, and gulf field so that the water flow can be controlled by the hollow of the cubic frame type block when flood occurs.
Accordingly, as mentioned above, in the present invention, the cubic frame type clock having the vertical direction forming part formed in its side and the horizontal direction forming part formed in the top and bottom sides of the vertical direction forming part, is implemented to make construction simple through its connection in the vertical and horizontal directions. In the cubic frame type block of the present invention, it is possible to make the construction simple, to guarantee the hardness for overall construction, and to reduce the cost of the construction, in view of the facts that the cylindric hollow is formed in the cubic frame type block, that a round shape lateral center hole is made in the center of the outer frame, and that a reinforcement projecting part is formed in the top and bottom sides of the cubic frame type block.
Thereby, the cubic frame type block can be used as an artificial base construction material because its weight is very light and it has an excellent drain capability.
Further, when connecting the cubic frame type block, the chimney path can be made by consecution of the inner hollow. Also, the chimney path can be used as multipurpose such as an reinforcing rod inserting hole, a drain-pipe, a concrete forming space, and a space for storage of water.
In addition, in the apparatus for manufacturing the cubic frame type block having the outer frame, the inner frame, and cylindric middle member inserted into the hollow, it is possible to assemble the frame unit and possible to simply manufacture the cubic frame type block by charging concrete with the outer frame, making it dry, and extracting the cylindric middle member from the outer frame.
Also, in the apparatus for manufacturing the cubic frame type block, since it is possible to form the cylindric hollow and the lateral central hole, the cubic frame type block can add the degree of strength to the overall block in an arch type in which compression force is so strong.
Therefore, in the cubic frame type block of the present invention, there is no rapid change like an acute angle and it is possible to reduce a tired crack because stress flows well, so that the final degree of strength of the cubic frame type block can be increased.
Further, since the cubic frame type block of the present invention has a wide triangle shape side in its each edge and it can also secure a contact part when connecting the same type, the cubic frame type block can definitely perform connection.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as recited in the accompanying claims.
