Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour établir une communication sans fil entre des véhicules et un équipement de communication érigé le long de la route, en particulier une communication (2) entre un ou plusieurs modules (6) dont sont munis les véhicules respectifs (3) et l'équipement de communication (5) le long de la route (4), caractérisé en ce qu'on fait usage, pour la communication (2), du principe "avec étalement du spectre en séquence directe", que l'on désigne également par l'expression proncipe "à large spectre à accès direct", par lequel plusieurs modules (6) desdits véhicules (3) peuvent communiquer de manière simultanée avec l'équipement de communication susmentionné (5) sur une seule et même bande de fréquence, et par lequel chaque module de communication (6) se distingue des autres à cet effet sur base d'un code alloué (8), ledit code étant un code pseudo-arbitraire.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on établit une communication bidirectionnelle (2) à l'aide du principe susmentionné.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour la bande de fréquences susmentionnées, on fait usage de ce que l'on appelle la "bande hyperfréquence pour la communication dédiée à courte distance (DSRC)" qui est située à 5,8 GHz.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contenu des communications (2) est sécurisé.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le contenu des communications (2) est sécurisé via une transformation cryptographique.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'équipement de communication (5) érigé le long de la route (4) est mobile.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on l'utilise pour des données de transmission lors d'une circulation sur une route à péage.
  8. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par la combinaison de plusieurs modules (6) qui sont destinés à être montés dans des véhicules (3) d'une part, et par un équipement de communication (5) qui est destiné à être dressé le long de la route (4) d'autre part, par lequel ces modules (6) et cet équipement de communication (5) sont équipés de composants électroniques qui permettent à l'équipement de communication (5) d'établir une communication avec les modules (6) situés dans la portée de transmission et de réception (7) dudit équipement de communication (5) à l'aide d'une connexion sans fil à courte distance, par exemple à l'aide d'une communication (2) faisant usage du principe de "spectre de dispersion à séquence en continu", que l'on désigne également par l'expression "large spectre à accès en continu", et par lequel les composants électroniques opèrent une distinction entre les modules de communication (6) sur base d'un code alloué pseudo-arbitraire (8).
