Abstract

The invention relates to a device for absorbing moisture from the air. The device has a case which is comprised of a collector component with an attached receiving component. The case also contains replaceable packaging which is arranged inside the receiving opening and is filled with absorption material. The receiving component of said case is formed out of one or more essentially flat parts by means of bending. The receiving component can, for example, be made of up of several flat parts which are bent and separately joined to one another. The flat parts are thus essentially alike and, for example, are cut out of a flat sheet. Said parts can be produced out of a recyclable material, for example, cellulose material. The invention also relates to a receiving component for use in such a device for absorption.

Description

ABSORPTIONSEINRICHTUNG UND ENTSPRECHENDES AUFNAHMETEILABSORPTION DEVICE AND CORRESPONDING RECEIVER
Der untereThe present invention relates to a device for absorbing moisture from the air, which has a housing which consists of a collecting part and a receiving part connected to it, which has at least one receiving opening, and at least one replaceable, replaceable, filled in the receiving opening, filled with an absorbent Packaging exists. Such an absorption device is known. The known device has a plastic housing that is dimensionally stable and consists of two parts that can be separated. The upper part of the housing forms a receiving part which serves to receive one or more cassettes filled with an absorbent. The lower
Part of the housing forms a collecting part in which the moisture extracted from the air by the absorbent in the cassettes collects. The cassettes with the absorbent can have a fixed, standardized size so that they can be easily exchanged between many different absorbent devices.
The known absorption device has the disadvantage that it is comparatively expensive, which means that the device is relatively expensive and there is a lot of waste when disposing of the used device.
The invention therefore provides an absorption device of the type described above, which can be produced at comparatively low costs and in which the disposal of the used device pollutes the environment comparatively little. This is achieved according to the invention in that at least the receiving part of the housing is formed by bending from at least one substantially flat part.
The receiving part is preferably composed of a few flat parts which are bent and connected to one another. The individual parts can have a very simple shape. A particularly simple and inexpensive device to be produced is achieved if the flat parts are essentially the same. The flat parts can be cut from a piano sheet and made from an inexpensive and simple material that is preferably recyclable (e.g., cellulose material such as paper or cardboard). With regard to the intended use, the material in question must of course then be pretreated so that it becomes moisture-proof. The material can be coated for this purpose.
The bent parts are preferably separably connected to one another. For this purpose, each flat part can have at least one recess and / or tab, so that the individual parts can be pushed into one another and hooked.
Damit Aufnahmeteile unterschiedlicher Größe hergestellt werden können, so daß Absorptionseinrichtungen auf der Grundlage vonSo that receiving parts of different sizes can be manufactured, so that absorption devices based on
Auffangbehältern unterschiedlicher Art möglich sind, weist jedes flache Teil vorzugsweise einige Aussparungen und/oder Laschen auf .Collection containers of different types are possible, each flat part preferably has a few recesses and / or tabs.
To fasten the exchangeable packaging in the absorption device, the receiving part has, at the receiving opening, flexible clamping parts which consist, for example, of the at least partially bent outer edges of the flat parts.

The bracket 2 consists of a collecting part 4 and a receiving part 5 fastened thereon, which is the actual one
The collecting part 4 serves the moisture or water, which (s) of the air through the Package 3 contained absorbent is withdrawn to collect. The suspension part therefore has a viewing window 23 in one of the side walls 34, so that it can be determined whether liquid has already accumulated therein, and also has one
Outflow opening 20, which is located on the upper edge 27 of a side wall 21 of the collecting container 4. So that the absorption device 1, despite its comparatively high and slim shape, can nevertheless be placed stably on a surface without the risk that the device could fall over and the moisture accumulated therein would leak, the device has a detachable foot 24 on the underside , which runs transversely to the absorption device 1 and protrudes below it on both sides. The foot 24 has a few pins 37 which engage in recesses 36 in the bottom 35 of the collecting part 4.
The receiving part 5 is separably connected to the collecting part 4. For this purpose, the receiving part 5 in the example shown has two openings 33 on its underside 13 in its transverse edges 31. Elastic-flexible hook-shaped arms 32, which are located on the upper edge 27 of the collecting part 4, engage in these openings. So that the moist air can come into contact with the absorbent in the packaging 3, the receiving part 5 has a large number of slot-shaped openings 40 in the longitudinal sides 62. Each package 3 also has slot-shaped openings 39 in the longitudinal sides 38, through which the moist air can flow into the package 3 and come into contact with the absorbent contained therein.
Zur Aufnahme der Verpackungen 3 weist das Aufnahmeteil 5 auf der vom Auffangteil 4 abgewandten Seite 14 eine Öffnung 15 auf, deren Form und Größe im wiedergegebenen Beispiel so gewählt wurden, daß zweiTo accommodate the packaging 3, the receiving part 5 has an opening 15 on the side 14 facing away from the collecting part 4, the shape and size of which in the example shown have been chosen so that two
Packaging 3 can be recorded side by side in the longitudinal direction. These packages 3 rest with their projecting peripheral edge 28 on the opening 15 protruding peripheral edge 16 of the receiving part 5. The packs 3 are fastened in the receiving part 5 by means of holding parts 6. In the example shown, these holding parts 6 consist of a closure 17 which encompasses the entire receiving opening 15 and has elastic-flexible hook-shaped arms 29 at the ends (FIG. 5). These hook-shaped arms 29 can engage in openings 30 on the upper side of the receiving part 5. In this way, the two packages 3 are clamped between the edge 16 of the receiving part 5 and the closure 17. Otherwise, in this embodiment of the absorption device 1, one of the two packs 3 could also be dispensed with if the air should be comparatively dry, for example, temporarily. The closure 17 would also clamp this packaging 3 stably.
Die Erfindung sieht deshalb die Verwendung eines einfachen Aufnahmeteils 5 vor, das aus einem oder mehreren Teilen eines flachenThe packaging 3, which is used in the conventional absorption device 1 reproduced to date, consists of a dimensionally stable cassette with a container body 7 which is open at the top 9 and is closed by means of a flap 8. The flap 8 is connected to the container body 7 by means of hinges 48. The container body 7, which, as said, has slot-shaped openings 39 for the inflow of the moist air, serves to receive the absorbent. The flap 8 can be closed after filling the container body 7 by means of a snap connection so that it can be easily opened again later and the absorbent can consequently be replaced, but in the example shown the flap 8 is welded to the container body 7 after filling. For this purpose, the flap 8 has some openings 49, into which the pins 50 attached to the edge 28 of the container body 7 engage when the flap 8 is closed. By briefly heating the protruding parts of these pins 50, the flap 8 is welded to the container body 7. The conventional absorption device 1 described above consisted of a collecting part 4 and a correspondingly shaped receiving part 5, the individual parts being produced by the injection molding process. This is considered a comparatively expensive manufacturing process for the device, which is also very expensive. Therefore, the disposal of the conventional absorption device after its consumption pollutes the environment relatively strongly. The invention therefore provides for the use of a simple receiving part 5, which consists of one or more parts of a flat
It is also possible to manufacture a universal receiving part 5 which can be used in connection with different collecting containers 4.

Piano sheet 19 cut parts 18 (Figure 9) can be made. The parts 18 are preferably the same, with two parts rotated by 180 ° relative to one another being connected to one another (FIG. 10). Each part 18, which can be made of a thin plastic layer or a laminate of cellulose material such as paper or cardboard with a moisture-repellent layer, has a long side 62, into which some openings 40 are punched. On both sides of the long side 62 there are fold lines 63 which connect the long side 62 to wings 31A, 31B which are to be folded over and which, in conjunction with the corresponding wings 31B, 31A of another part 18, form the side walls 31 of the receiving part 5.
The wings 31A, 31B can be connected to one another in a separable manner, for example by hooking or pushing them into one another. These are in reproduced example in the wing 31A four slots 64 are made, while the wing 31B has a single hook-shaped projection 65. With the help of the four slots 64, it is possible to manufacture basically four uniform receiving parts 5 of different sizes, which are adapted to different collecting containers. To manufacture the receiving part 5, the wings 31A, 31B are simply folded over, the hook-shaped extension 65 of the wing 31B of one part 18 being pushed into or hooked into one of the slots 64 of the wing 31A of the other part 18. Depending on the slot 64, the width of the receiving part 5 can consequently be varied in this way. The receiving part 5 according to the invention can furthermore have parts for fastening the cassette 3 with the absorbent at the receiving opening formed thereby. In this way, regardless of the size of the collecting container 4 present, cassettes 3 with a standardized or standardized size can be used under all circumstances. Differences between the size of the cassettes 3 and the width of the receiving opening 15 are compensated for by clamping parts. Each part 18 therefore also has a wing 67 on the upper side, which is connected to the longitudinal side 62 by means of a folding line 66. The two opposing foldable and / or flexible wings 67 in this way ensure a somewhat elastic fastening of the packaging or cassette 3 to be accommodated.
On the underside 13, the longitudinal side 62 furthermore has two incisions 68, which form tabs 22.
So können beispielsweise mehr oder weniger als zwei aus einem Pianobogen geschnittene Teile zur Fertigung desIf these tabs 22 are bent relative to the surface of the long side 62, the receiving part 5 can be clamped onto the edge 27 of any collecting container 4 (FIGS. 11, 12). In this way, a receptacle part 5 is created with the simplest of means, which can be used in connection with the most varied of receptacles 4. Although the invention has been explained above with the aid of a few examples, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention is not restricted to this. For example, more or less than two parts cut from a piano sheet can be used to manufacture the
Recording part are used. In addition, the parts do not all have to be the same, but they could, for example, also be the same in pairs, mirror images or even completely different. Furthermore, the receiving part could also be suitable for receiving more or less than two cassettes. The object of the invention is therefore determined exclusively by the following claims.
