Description

Domaine de l'invention
L'invention a pour objet une fourchette pour faciliter la consommation de spaghettis.
Etat de la technique
Les fourchettes de table couramment utilisées diffèrent généralement dans leur formes et matériaux pouvant présenter divers avantages ou inconvénients.
Beaucoup de personnes, notamment des enfants ne parviennent pas à tenir une fourchette correctement pour manger des spaghettis par enroulement autour de la fourchette. Par conséquent, on est fréquemment amené à s'aider d'une cuillère afin de pouvoir manipuler la fourchette correctement pour pallier ainsi à ce manque de dextérité.
Des fourchettes à spaghetti décrites notamment dans les brevets US 2 841 869 A, US 2 748 479 A et FR 1 078 380 A nécessitent la fabrication et l'assemblage de plusieurs éléments agencés de manière à permettre la rotation de chaque fourchette en tenant une majeure partie du manche dans la paume d'une main et en faisant tourner le manche au moyen des doigts placés au voisinage de la fourche.
Résumé de l'invention
La présente invention a pour but de fournir une fourchette à spaghetti qui permet d'obvier aux inconvénients des fourchette connues, est simple à fabriquer et facile à manier correctement pour simplifier la consommation de différentes sortes de spaghetti.
A cette fin, la fourchette selon l'invention présente les caractéristiques définies dans les revendications.
La fourchette selon l'invention est composée de deux parties reliées par encliquetage ou emboítement, une partie étant constituée par un manche profilé présentant une fourche, des faces latérales planes et un bout à section profilée formant un premier élément de fixation, l'autre partie de la fourchette étant constitué par une tête mobile à section profilée formant un élément de fixation correspondant. Lesdits éléments de fixation sont formés respectivement d'une seule pièce avec le manche et avec la tête mobile, de manière que ladite tête mobile soit montée librement sur le bout du manche par encliquetage ou emboítement et à permettre un mouvement relatif angulaire entre ladite tête mobile et ledit manche, le tout de manière à pouvoir fixer ladite tête dans la paume d'une main, soumettre le manche de la fourchette à un mouvement de rotation par rapport à la tête au moyen des doigts de cette main et faciliter ainsi l'enroulement du spaghetti sur la fourche.
La tête mobile est constituée avantageusement par un capuchon entourant le bout du manche de la fourchette, ce capuchon pouvant être notamment de forme sphérique.
Les deux parties constituant la fourchette selon invention peuvent être reliées d'une façon simple et efficace par encliquetage en formant d'une part ladite tête mobile de manière qu'elle présente une cavité intérieure cylindrique communiquant par un passage axial intermédiaire avec une cavité extérieure cylindrique, et en formant d'autre part le manche de la fourchette de manière qu'il présente un cliquet à deux pattes élastiques agencé sur le bout du manche et renfermé dans ladite cavité intérieure.
Ces deux parties constituant la fourchette selon invention peuvent également être reliées d'une façon simple et efficace par emboítage, en formant d'une part ladite tête mobile de manière qu'elle comprend un trou borgne délimité par une paroi cylindrique profilée présentant une nervure annulaire interne, et en formant le manche de la fourchette de manière qu'il présente une gorge annulaire correspondante agencée sur le bout du manche, de manière que la nervure interne de la tête mobile soit emboítée dans la gorge annulaire sur le bout du manche.
La fourchette selon l'invention est utilisée avantageusement en fixant ladite tête dans la paume d'une main et en tournant le manche au moyen desdits doigts de cette main, de manière à pouvoir faciliter l'enroulement des spaghettis autour de la fourche.
Description détaillée
Diverses formes d'exécution d'une fourchette munie d'une tête mobile conformément à l'invention sont décrites ci-aprés à titre d'exemple à l'aide du dessin annexé. Les figures du dessin montrent respectivement une coupe partielle schématique d'une fourchette comprenant diverses formes d'exécution d'une tête mobile montée librement au bout d'un manche à section pentagonale d'une fourchette selon l'invention.
Fig.1 montre une fourchette munie d'une tête mobile sous forme d'un capuchon selon une forme d'exécution de l'invention.
Fig. 1A montre une vue élargie du bout du manche d'une fourchette munie d'un capuchon selon Fg. 1.
Fig. 2 montre une vue élargie du bout du manche d'une fourchette munie d'un tête mobile sphérique selon une deuxième forme d'exécution.
Fig. 3 montre une vue élargie du bout du manche d'une fourchette munie d'une tête mobile hémisphérique selon une troisième forme d'exécution.
Fig. 1 montre une fourchette composée d'un manche 1 et d'un capuchon mobile 2 monté librement au bout du manche 1 de manière à pouvoir tourner facilement autour d'un axe de rotation longitudinal XR. de la fourchette. Le manche 1 de la fourchette est solidaire d'un pied à fourchons 1A et d'une projection au bout supérieur du manche formant un cliquet à deux pattes obliques élastiques 1B.
Fig. 1A montre une vue élargie du bout du manche 1 entouré par le capuchon 2 qui est agencé de manière qu'il délimite une cavité intérieure cylindrique 2A renfermant ledit cliquet à deux pattes obliques élastiques 1B au bout du manche, un passage axial 2D et une cavité cylindrique extérieure 2E qui est ouverte vers le bas et renferme le bout du manche 1.
Les deux pattes élastiques 1B qui sont solidaires et font saillie du bout du manche présentent chacune une surface oblique de guidage latéral et une surface d'arrêt inférieure ID. Ces pattes élastiques 1B sont disposées symétriquement par rapport à l'axe de rotation longitudinal XR. de manière qu'elles soient normalement écartées l'une de l'autre dans leur position de repos.
Le montage du capuchon 2 sur le bout du manche 1 dans la position selon Fig. 1 et 1A est réalisé par insertion du bout du manche 1 dans le capuchon de manière que les surfaces de guidage obliques des pattes 1B soient repoussées vers l'intérieur, ce qui permet à ces pattes de traverser le passage axial 2D de passer dans la cavité supérieure 2A où elles reviennent à leur position écartée par effet de ressort et sont ainsi maintenues d'emprisonnées dans la cavité intérieure 2A
Le capuchon 2 est monté par encliquetage au bout du manche 1 au moyen des pattes élasciques 1b dont les pieds constituent un pivot permettant de fixer la position relative du capuchon 2 par rapport au manche 1, tout en permettant une rotation relative libre entre le capuchon 2 et le manche 1
Fig. 2 montre un capuchon mobile sphérique 32 qui comprend un trou borgne cylindrique 32E et une nervure annulaire interne 32F. Ce trou 32E renferme le bout du manche 31 qui comprend une rainure annulaire correspondante 31A. Ce capuchon 32 est ainsi monté librement autour de l'axe longitudinal XR du manche 31 par engagement de ladite nervure annulaire interne 32F du capuchon 2 dans ladite rainure correspondante 31A au bout du manche 31.
Fig. 3 montre un tête mobile hémisphérique 42 solidaire d'un pivot à bout sphérique 42A logé dans un trou borgne à fond sphérique 42B ménagé dans le bout du manche 41. La tête mobile 42 est ainsi montée simplement par emboítement du pivot 42A à bout sphérique dans le trou borgne à fond sphérique 42B de manière à permettre la rotation libre de cette tête 42 autour de l'axe de rotation longitudinal XR situé sur une ligne médiane de la fourchette.

Claims (7)

  1. Fourchette pour spaghetti, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est composée de deux parties reliées par un dispositif de fixation à encliquetage ou à emboítement, qu'une partie de la fourchette est constituée par un manche profilé (1; 31; 41) présentant une fourche (1A) disposée au pied du manche, des faces latérales planes et un bout à section profilée formant un premier élément (1B; 31A; 42B) dudit dispositif de fixation, que l'autre partie de la fourchette est constitue par une tête mobile à section profilée (2; 32; 42) formant un élément correspondant (2A, 2D, 2E; 32E, 32F; 42A) dudit dispositif de fixation, que lesdits éléments de fixation sont formés respectivement d'une seule pièce avec le manche et avec la tête mobile, de manière qu'ils constituent ledit dispositif de fixation et que cette tête mobile soit montée librement sur le bout du manche (1) par encliquetage ou emboítement au moyen de ce dispositif de fixation, de manière à permettre un mouvement relatif angulaire entre ladite tête mobile et ledit manche, le tout de manière à pouvoir fixer ladite tête (2, 32, 42) dans la paume d'une main, soumettre le manche de la fourchette à un mouvement de rotation par rapport à la tête au moyen des doigts de cette main et faciliter ainsi l'enroulement du spaghetti sur la fourche.
  2. Fourchette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit manche (1) présente un profil pentagonal.
  3. Fourchette selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite tête mobile est constituée par un capuchon (2; 32) entourant le bout du manche (1; 31).
  4. Fourchette selon la revendications 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite tête mobile est constituée par un capuchon de forme sphérique (32).
  5. Fourchette selon la revendications 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite tête mobile (2) comprend une cavité intérieure cylindrique (2A) communiquant par un passage axial intermédiaire (2D) avec une cavité extérieure cylindrique (2E) et qu'un cliquet à deux pattes élastiques (1B) est formé sur le bout du manche et renfermé dans ladite cavité intérieure (2A).
  6. Fourchette selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que ladite tête mobile (32) comprend un trou borgne (32E) délimité par une paroi cylindrique profilée présentant une nervure annulaire interne (32F) et qu'une gorge annulaire correspondante (31A) est agencée sur le bout du manche (31), de manière que ladite nervure annulaire dans la tête mobile soit emboítée dans cette gorge annulaire (31A) sur le bout du manche.
  7. Utilisation de la fourchette selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'on fixe ladite tête (2; 32; 42) dans la paume d'une main et l'on soumet ledit manche (1; 31; 41) à un mouvement de rotation au moyen des doigts de cette main, de manière à pouvoir faciliter l'enroulement du spaghetti autour de la fourche.
