Wenn der Elektromagnet 14 gemäß Fig. 2 stromlos gemacht wird, wird der Spulenkern 17 in die Spule 15 gezogen, so daß der Mitnehmer 21 den Anker 9 im Uhrzeigersinn in diejenige dargestellte Stellung verschwenkt, in der die Öffnung 13 des Ankers 9' im Schwenkweg des Zapfens 8 zu liegen kommt. Eine von dem Türöffner gesicherte Türe kann geöffnet werden, da die Schwenkfalle 2 bei gleichzeitigem Verschwenken des nun nicht blockierten Wechsels 4 verschwenkt werden kann. An electric door opener according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the actuating device or the coil frame (18) is displaceable and can be fixed in two latching positions in the housing (1), which positions are associated to rest current operation and operating current operation.
  7. An electric door opener according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the operating elements for displacing and fixing the actuating device or the coil frame (18) are accessible from the outside of the housing (1).
  8. An electric door opener according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises a series electronic circuit which allows a voltage supply with voltages of 12V to 24V, with direct current or alternating current.
  9. An electric door opener according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the series electronic circuit comprises a chopper circuit which converts a direct current output to the coil into an AC-like square wave voltage.
