Claims (16)

  1. Fermeture inviolable pour boítiers compacts destinés à des produits cosmétiques et analogues, comprenant un élément en bande (3, 103, 203) qui est formé d'une seule pièce avec un élément choisi parmi le couvercle (2) et la base (1) d'un boítier dans lequel la base (1) et le couvercle (2) sont articulés mutuellement, ledit élément en bande (3, 103, 203) présentant une pluralité de pattes (4, 104, 204) qui sont reliées rigidement audit élément choisi du boítier et sont agencées à la ligne de fermeture entre ledit couvercle (2) et ladite base (1), caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un dudit couvercle (2) et de ladite base (1) présente une gorge (5) qui est adaptée pour loger ladite fermeture (3), ladite fermeture ayant un profil qui est complémentaire de ladite gorge (5).
  2. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite fermeture (3) est agencée à la région d'ouverture dudit boítier qui est la plus éloignée de la région de l'articulation mutuelle dudit couvercle (2) et de ladite base (1).
  3. Fermeture selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une dent d'engagement (6) est prévue, à la région d'ouverture dudit boítier, pour venir en prise avec ladite fermeture (3) pendant la fermeture dudit couvercle (2) sur ladite base (1).
  4. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites pattes (4) sont formées d'une seule pièce avec ladite base (1) du boítier.
  5. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites pattes (104) sont formées d'une seule pièce avec ledit couvercle (2) du boítier.
  6. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite fermeture (203) est agencée à la région d'articulation dudit boítier, qui se trouve à l'opposé de la région d'ouverture.
  7. Fermeture selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément en bande (203) est parallèle au bord dudit couvercle (2), lesdites pattes (204) étant sensiblement perpendiculaires audit élément en bande (203), ledit élément en bande empêchant la rotation d'ouverture dudit couvercle (2).
  8. Fermeture selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément en bande (3, 103, 203) et lesdites pattes (4, 104, 204), qui sont d'une seule pièce avec lui, sont faits de matière plastique.
  9. Boítier compact pour des produits cosmétiques et analogues, muni d'une fermeture inviolable, comprenant une base (1) qui est destinée à contenir un produit, un couvercle (2) qui est articulé à ladite base (1), et un élément en bande (3, 103, 203) qui est formé d'une seule pièce avec un élément choisi parmi le couvercle (2) et la base (1) dudit boítier, ledit élément en bande présentant une pluralité de pattes (4, 104, 204) qui sont reliées rigidement audit élément choisi du boítier et sont agencées à la ligne de fermeture entre ledit couvercle (2) et ladite base (1), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un dudit couvercle (2) et de ladite base (1) présente une gorge (5) qui est adaptée pour loger ladite fermeture (3), ladite fermeture ayant un profil qui a une forme complémentaire de ladite gorge (5).
  10. Boítier selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite fermeture (3) est agencée à la région d'ouverture dudit boítier, qui se trouve à l'opposé de la région d'articulation mutuelle dudit couvercle (2) et de ladite base (1).
  11. Boítier selon la revendication (10), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une dent d'engagement (6) est prévue à la région d'ouverture dudit boítier pour venir en prise avec ladite fermeture (3) pendant la fermeture dudit couvercle (2) sur ladite base (1).
  12. Boítier selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que lesdites pattes (4) sont formées d'une seule pièce avec ladite base (1) du boítier.
  13. Boítier selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que lesdites pattes (104, 204) sont formées d'une seule pièce avec ledit couvercle (2) du boítier.
  14. Boítier selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite fermeture (203) est agencée à la région d'articulation dudit boítier, se situant à l'opposé de la région d'ouverture.
  15. Boítier selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément en bande (203) est parallèle au bord dudit couvercle (2), lesdites pattes (204) étant sensiblement perpendiculaires audit élément en bande (203), ledit élément en bande empêchant la rotation d'ouverture dudit couvercle (2).
  16. Boítier selon l'une des revendications 9 à 15, caractérisé en ce que ledit boítier, ledit élément en bande (3, 103, 203) et lesdites pattes (4, 104, 204), réalisées d'une seule pièce avec lui, sont faits de matière plastique.
