Die in dem Querschnitt der Figur 2 normalerweise verdeckten Bereiche der Kontaktfahnen 16, 17 sind in Figur 2 gestrichelt dargestellt. Der Winkelbereich der L-förmigen Kontaktfahnen 16, 17 ist in dem Kunststoffsockelteil 15 dicht eingespritzt und daher normalerweise nicht sichtbar. Die Nuten 16c, 17c werden jeweils durch zwei unterschiedlich lange Stege 16d, 16e bzw. 17d, 17e seitlich begrenzt. Beide Stege 16d, 16e bzw. 17d, 17e weisen jeweils an ihrer der Nut 16c, 17c zugewandten Kante eine Schräge 16f, 17f auf, die zum Einfädeln des Stromzuführungsdrahtes 12, 13 in die Nut 16c, 17c dienen. Der kürzere Steg 16e, 17e besitzt eine geringere Breite als der längere Steg 16d, 17d. Die Schweißverbindung zwischen den Stromzuführungsdrähten 12, 13 und den Kontaktfahnen 16, 17 wird durch kurzzeitiges Erhitzen des Materials der kürzeren Stege 16e, 17e über dessen Schmelzpunkt mittels eines Lasers hergestellt. Nach dem Erstarren der Schmelze ist das abgewinkelte Ende 12a, 13a des Stromzuführungsdrahtes 12, 13 mit dem kürzeren Steg 16e, 17e verbunden. Die mit den Stromzuführungsdrähten 12, 13 verschweißten L-Schenkel 16b, 17b erstrecken sich bis in den von der im Kunststoffsockelteil 15 verankerten Trägerhülse 14b gebildeten Innenraum. Die Trägerhülse 14b ist auf der Höhe der Stege 16d, 16e, 17d, 17e mit einem Durchbruch 18 versehen, über den die Laser-Verschweißung der Stromzuführungsdrähte 12, 13 mit den kurzen Stegen 16e, 17e der entsprechenden Kontaktfahne 16, 17 nach der Montage des Lampensockels erfolgt.The electrical connections 16, 17 of the lamp consist of two metallic contact lugs 16, 17, each welded to one of the power supply wires 12, 13 are (not shown in Figure 1). Claims (8)

  1. Electric lamp having a lamp cap, a transparent lamp bulb (10), and having at least one luminous means (11) surrounded by the lamp bulb (10), in which
    the lamp has at least two supply lead wires (12, 13), projecting from the lamp bulb (10), for supplying power to the at least one luminous means (11),
    the lamp cap has a holder (14a, 14b, 14e) for the lamp bulb (10),
    the lamp cap has a plastic cap part (15), which is provided with the electric connections (16, 17) of the lamp and in which the holder (14a, 14b, 14e) is anchored, and
    the electric connections (16, 17) are constructed as at least two metal contact lugs (16, 17) which are connected in an electrically conducting fashion in each case to one of the supply lead wires (12, 13),
       characterized in that
    the at least two contact lugs (16, 17) in each case have a groove (16c, 17c) in which in each case a supply lead wire (12, 13) is fixed to the corresponding contact lug (16, 17) by a welded joint,
    the contact lugs (16, 17) have means (16f, 17f) for threading the supply lead wires (12, 13) into the respective groove (16c, 17c), and
    the lamp cap has at least one cut-out (18) which serves the purpose of carrying out the welding of the supply lead wires (12, 13), arranged in the grooves (16c, 17c), to the contact lugs (16, 17).
  2. Electric lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the means for threading in each case have for each groove (16c, 17c) two webs (16d, 16e; 17d, 17e) which laterally delimit the groove (16c, 17c), the edge, facing the groove (16c, 17c), of at least one of these webs (16d, 16e; 17d, 17e) being provided with a slant (16f, 17f).
  3. Electric lamp according to Claim 2, characterized in that the edges, facing the groove (16c, 17c), of the two webs (16d, 16e; 17d, 17e) are provided with a slant (16f, 17f).
  4. Electric lamp according to Claim 2, characterized in that the webs (16d, 16e; 17d, 17e) have a different length.
  5. Electric lamp according to Claim 4, characterized in that the shorter web (16e, 17e) has a lesser width than the longer web (16d, 17d).
  6. Electric lamp according to Claim 4, characterized in that the supply lead wires (12, 13) are connected in each case to the shorter web (16e, 17e) by the welded joint.
  7. Electric lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the supply lead wires (12, 13) have angled ends (12a, 13a) which are welded to the contact lugs (16, 17).
  8. Electric lamp according to Claim 1, characterized in that the at least one cut-out (18) is arranged in the holder (14a, 14e, 14b).
