Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie die dazugehörige Vorrichtung zur Trocknung einer Faserstoffbahn 1, insbesondere einer Papier-, Tissue- oder Kartonbahn.The invention relates to a method and the associated device for drying a fibrous web 1, in particular a paper, tissue or cardboard web.
Dies soll im wesentlichen mit einem hohen Wirkungsgrad und einer hohen, zonenweise steuerbaren, übertragbaren Energiedichte verbunden sein.This is said to be essentially high in efficiency and high in zones controllable, transferable energy density.
Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß die Faserstoffbahn (1) Laserstrahlung ausgesetzt wird, deren Frequenz vorzugsweise so eingestellt ist, daß die Laserstrahlung vom Wasser besser als von den anderen Bestandteilen der Faserstoffbahn (1) absorbiert wird. This is achieved by exposing the fibrous web (1) to laser radiation, the frequency of which is preferably set so that the laser radiation is better absorbed by the water than by the other constituents of the fibrous web (1).
